I am a frequent shopper who values your brand, but the current implementation of their coupon policy is incredibly disappointing and feels intentionally misleading. Between April 2nd and April 13th, I submitted five product reviews. Based on my understanding of the program, I was anticipating receiving my 25% discount code on July 1st. To my dismay, I discovered that the coupon is tied specifically to the last date a review was submitted. Consequently, I am now forced to wait until July 13th to receive the discount, rather than the beginning of the month. This policy is incredibly frustrating for a few reasons: Lack of Transparency: Nowhere on their website was it clearly stated that the issuance of the reward is pegged to the specific calendar date of the final review submission. I feel blindsided by a rule that isn't communicated upfront. Inventory Risk: Because I am now stuck waiting until the 13th, the items I intended to purchase with this discount are at a high risk of selling out or having my size become unavailable. It defeats the purpose of being a loyal customer who takes the time to provide feedback if I cannot actually use the incentive provided. The Logic of the Policy: The current structure simply doesn't make sense. If a customer submits a review on the 30th of a month, they receive the coupon on the 30th--practically at the end of the window. Furthermore, if I purchase an item on the 29th, I am effectively forced to wait until the 30th to review it anyway. It would be far more customer-friendly and logical to have these rewards issued on the 1st of the month, regardless of the specific submission date, so that customers can actually plan their shopping accordingly. I truly enjoy Anthro products, but this experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope Anthro will reconsider how this policy is messaged to shoppers or, better yet, update the system to be more functional and transparent.

First of all, this is by far the most cramped consignment store I've ever been to. You can barely walk around in this place because it is packed full of clothes. I guess that means they have a lot to choose from, but I almost felt uncomfortable trying to find stuff... especially when there were other people there. Secondly, the store isn't set up very well. The shoes are randomly scattered throughout the store and I found it very difficult to actually look at them. Some are tucked under the coats, others are up high on shelves, and a few are stuck behind a big pillar. It just didn't seem very organized in there to me. On the other hand, the lady working there was so cute and nice it almost made me change my mind about the place. Almost. Even though she was one of the sweetest people I've met, the store just seemed like a mess to me, and I don't like trying to shop in a mess.

I purposely looked at the tags on a wide variety of items and I doubt you could leave without spending less than $100. However, I didn't check the tie clip or cuff link prices, so they might be lower. The average polo shirt that I looked at was $115 or more, I found button-ups for $225 and saw jackets for well over $300. I didn't bother looking at suits. Ed Williams also carries shoes, I saw a fedora and there's a section with casual wear (mostly targeted to slender men). If you haven't been to a Bluenotes in a while, you should go to this location because it's a clean, well priced location with plenty of selection. ASSUMING that there would be a Guess store at Chinook, that's where I headed. Imagine my frustration when I got to Chinook and found out that there is NOT a Guess store there. WHAT?!?!? So in my mind, there were only two Guess stores that I knew of in our city: The one at South Centre Mall, and the one at Cross Iron Mills. Like hell I'm driving all the way to Balzac to go shopping at the Guess. I was super annoyed. That was that. The next weekend, I was wandering around Market Mall and there she stood...in all her beauty. That's right: a Guess store....and in N.W. Calgary...REALLY?!?!?! YES. I think I actually did a little jig in the middle of the mall - don't judge. I was at T-9 days for the sister's b day and I needed 8 of those 9 days to ensure she gets it on time in the mail. This Guess store had a tonne of things that I know my sis will love, and have I mentioned how much I love the location yet??? Yeah, you're right... I'm bustin' out the jig again.

This is a huge space with interesting decor details, like a huge fist behind the till with Henry tattooed on its knuckles. Prices are higher end here; you are paying for Boss, Full Circle, Armani, Diesel, to name a few so you can find a t-shirt here for 69 dollars or one for $200. This is just a men's clothing store, at one time it did have women's clothing upstairs but they discontinued this option around 3 months ago. The clothing is quite nice, elegant, upper-class urban wear, rich in colors and details, there is also an exclusive Adidas line of runners sold here. Service, product and prices are high calibre my only queasiness is with a new Xmas decoration of porcelain gnomes in the window display. Sooooo Creepy.
