It used to be a great store with well stocked shelves plenty of inventory, plenty of associates all around the store to help. These days, the doors at one end of the store are no longer in use, everyone must enter at the right end of the store. Kohls is now sharing the storefront with Sephora's name as well. Additionally, the shelves are very bare, lots of empty space from inventory needing to be restocked. Not sure what the future holds for Kohl's, but this store especially does not seem promising

He took the time to answer all my questions. He was patient as I was deciding which fragrance to buy. All the fragrances smell so good and they had a large selection. Once I narrowed it down to the fragrance I wanted, Dominique packaged my purchase so nicely as if I was going to give it as a gift (to myself) The brand is a bit pricey but as Dominique stated "it's the Rolls Royce of Parfums".

The clothes are pricey, but they run specials often. Plus, every receipt comes with a survey you can take giving you 15% off on the next purchase. The last few times I've been in the store, I have not had a good experience. Today, I went in and had a pleasant interaction at Starbucks. Started my shopping knowing my main item would be in the tech area. I arrive and look around for someone to assist Me. I stood at the counter, walked around the area, called Target from my phone and could not get an answer. After about 20 minutes, I walked until I found an employee. She called on the walkie and someone finally showed up. He seemed irritated from the get go. I was as pleasant as I could be and told him what I was looking for. He opened the cabinet, handed me the package and rang me up. I was a little concerned and wanted to make sure the item was correct. So, I unpackaged and tested it and sure enough, it was the wrong Item. At this point, he was out of sight! Instead of continuing my shopping as I had planned, I ended up at customer service for a refund and took my business to Walmart. The experience was night and day as I was greeted and helped immediately with a smile and thank you! I went to the website to provide this review/ feedback and it kept rerouting me so that was another frustration. I hope my local Target can do better!

When I say that I had the most wonderful experience with Teresa, I truly mean it. She kept in touch for weeks up until our appointment date and after meeting her in person, she is truly one of a kind. Teresa was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about a lot of what some may consider small details and big ones as well. We had 90 minutes total for our appointment. Teresa allowed us to browse all the dresses and pick whichever ones I liked most. She helped get into and out of all the dresses (which was amazing! you won't find that kind of service at a chain store!) and wasn't pushy about time or they styles I was choosing. The selection was great, there were many styles and colors which was a plus as it allowed me to see and feel many dresses and know what I wanted without having to try a million on. The dresses were very good quality for a great price! Happy to say that I did say yes to the dress here, and I don't see how anyone wouldn't! Can't wait to go back for my fittings.
