From there, I was left standing and waiting again while employees walked past me or assisted people who had just arrived. What made this especially frustrating was watching other customers receive immediate help being shown firearms and having them taken off the shelf while I was still waiting with no assistance. It felt dismissive and unorganized at best. The environment in the firearm section was also confusing. There were multiple employees present, but very little actual customer service happening. At one point, it felt like there were more staff than customers, yet no one was available to help me. Out of curiosity, I checked online reviews while waiting and saw many similar complaints about poor service and lack of responsiveness. Unfortunately, my experience reflected those same issues. By the time I left, I felt frustrated and unwelcome. For a first-time buyer, this was not the kind of guidance or professionalism I expected. I was horribly disappointed with how it fit. This was my first suit and I wanted something form fitting and ended up getting more of a pajama like fit... very baggy. Being a tall man, the selection was one suit in 3 color choices. I was told by the tailor it couldn't be altered to be form fitting. Took what I could get but left with a suit I didn't really want to wear. Today, I took the suit to another tailor in the area, Sara's. They made a multitude of alterations (costing decent cash) but got the suit fitting me perfectly! I would not recommend Gordon's if you want a suit that has a more modern fit or if you are a taller person.
