This has been my experience on every single call I've had to make about my accounts. 2) Their website, processes, and policies are not up to par compared to competing banks; for example I had a zero balance for a little over 30 days and they closed my second account I had opened with them. No warning, no final notice - found out when I tried to login for a transfer and couldn't access my account. I gave this bank TWO chances for my banking needs, they literally do not want me as a customer. Maybe it is different in the local branches, but the corporate level is horrendous.
