This is the WORST bank. Two main reasons: 1) The reps taking calls thru the main line act like…read moreyou're interrupting them from doing something else on their end and they do not care whatsoever about your banking problems to help resolve whatever you're calling about. This has been my experience on every single call I've had to make about my accounts. 2) Their website, processes, and policies are not up to par compared to competing banks; for example I had a zero balance for a little over 30 days and they closed my second account I had opened with them. No warning, no final notice - found out when I tried to login for a transfer and couldn't access my account. I gave this bank TWO chances for my banking needs, they literally do not want me as a customer. Maybe it is different in the local branches, but the corporate level is horrendous.

I even said I'll pay for the transaction, just waive the fees (their banks fees). Nope. Denied. Denied. Denied. My husband has used them for 15+ years. They are the most inefficient, slow, rude, outdated, bank I could ever imagine would exist. I'll take my money somewhere else. I've never once felt welcome walking into this bank. I am so happy to be leaving them.
