Excellent place to grab a pizza. Soooo good. And inexpensive too. Popped in just after 2 for the lunch special and some mozz sticks, and definitely worth more than what I paid. Don't make the same mistake I've made. Ordered pizza from this spot thinking that it was Bandon Brewing (Pizza) down in old town. This order started off with a phone call that didn't seem very welcoming as I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with cheese sticks (important to remember for later). As soon as I make it to this walk-in establishment, I'm welcomed to a fragrant smell of not pizza, a phone ringing and an employee who seems overwhelmed with the phone ringing and an order being picked up. May have been a busy day, but after having the pizza, I'm not sure why it could even remotely be busy unless more people make the mistake of calling this place instead of the other pizza place in town. I'm presented with my order... one medium pepperoni pizza and no breadsticks? Instead, I'm shown "cheese bites" which were microwaved cheese balls (prob from the grocery store next door) and were not appealing. I passed. Got home, the pizza was very pre-made looking, as if it was a Tostitos or Papa Murphy warmed in not a pizza oven with burnt edges and undercooked middle. It all tasted fabricated with a hint of the aroma in the establishment. Long story short, we didn't eat the pizza either. Very disappointed and I'd recommend not reading into the great comments and reviews of this place, they are probably all mistaking this place for the other Bandon pizza restaurant (brewery). read more

Yeah, so we have been wanting to go to Bandon Pizza for a pie for at least a year. FINALLY, we were able! We were at first kinda' put off by the low/negative reviews - they seemed like odd reviews that soon I put on the back burner as being just negative, too cool for school people who would write their own mother a negative review! ...Anyway, we order our pizza from a VERY friendly person via phone call. Very enthusiastic and downright just nice!! I'm pretty sure she is the owner. She told us that because it was Friday, they knocked a coupla' bucks off! Whooohoo! Nice that! - We order the Large Combination which is a standard for us to try when ordering from a place we have not tried before. The combos are generally a pretty safe bet from most places. This pizza did not disappoint with flavor or variety of ingredients! The semi-thin crust was cooked perfectly and was tasty! Now... for what for us is a hard decision - to give only 4 stars. Why?? ...Well, while this pizza is good, it was very light in weight. Meaning while all the right ingredients were there, they all lacked presence. This leading to a pie similar to what Papa Murphy's is putting out to cut costs and corners to bring profit margin per pie up. You with me on that?? Fewer ingredients - same price. Bandon Pizza IS STILL BETTER than Papa Murphy's by a mile - don't get me wrong on that!! ~ Anyway, we still recommend BANDON PIZZA, but I will ask and pay extra $ next time for extra of the same ingredients - especially the thin sauce (which was delish - but not enough on the pie!). We were staying in Bandon for the weekend and happen to get some late night cravings. We found this place by default due to time. The staff was really nice and willing to cook us a pizza close to closing time. The pizza was delicious! The crust was crunchy yet soft and it was loaded with cheese and toppings. Honestly we would've paid $45+ for this kind of pizza back home and it was half of that. It was so good we went back the next night. The staffed remembered us and made our encounters very enjoyable. We love pizza and, honestly, we recently ordered two pizzas from Bandon Pizza and they were disgusting. We ordered a medium pepperoni and a medium combination and they were both gross. Both were over-cooked and the ingredients just didn't taste good. I could barely finish my second piece before I just gave up. It just didn't taste good. Customer service was also terrible. I walked in to pick up the order and was a little early. The woman up front asked me to come back in five minutes. I came back in five minutes, and mind you they were very slow, and was asked by the same woman if I was there to pick up an order. Did she totally forget in a matter of a few minutes? Also not greeted at all when I came in the door. No "hello" upon entering. Also not asked if I wanted cheese, peppers, or anything else like ranch. An older woman working there also pushed the door open when I came in and almost walked right through me. I had to get out of the way. So there I was, Wednesday night about 7:40 craving pepperoni pizza. It's a pretty basic craving, so as usual, I called Bandon Pizza and ordered a medium cheese and pepperoni pizza. I was told it would be ready at 8:45-8:50 as they were very busy. Busy is good, it means our local businesses are being supportedso I waited over an hour to pick up the pizza. It wasn't quite ready when I arrived so I had a seat for 4 or 5 minutes and waited. Staff was busy but I did not feel ignored, and took notice of the fact that they had closed at their normal time of 8pm but stayed late to service their customers. I paid, tipped, got pepper flakes and went home, arriving close to 1.5 hours after my initial craving compelled me to call. In short I was starving. I noticed lots of cheese but not much pepperoni as I put it on my plate, thinking to myself the pepperoni must be under the cheese. I ate the first piece, not detecting any pepperoni, and closely examined my second piece which had 1 and a half slices of pepperoni on it. I went back to the kitchen and counted and found 14 and a half pieces of pepperoni bringing the total all the way up to 16 pieces on a medium pizza. Unacceptable! I looked at the clock and saw it was now 9:15 and knew they were no longer open so I ate my pizza to quell my hunger vowing to let them know the next day. I called them Thursday night to complain and the woman who answered the phone was apologetic, took my info and handed the phone to another woman who again offered her apologies and took my info including my order, name and phone number. She then asked me if I took a picture of it, or saved the pizza. I told her no it didn't occur to me to take a picture, and that I had eaten the pizza because it was late and I was hungry. She replied "There's nothing we can do then." Angered by her dismissal of my complaint I said "Well at least there are other places to get pizza in town," and waited for a reply which was. . . click. Great customer service. Over the phone and over the counter. Very family friendly. Gluten free options and very good prices. Very generous with all people, and walk ins are great. Take and bake options are good to. But pay $1 extra an get them to bake it for you. Even the business of days/nights they are very nice an speedy service. Wait times at dinner rush can be hard, but they do so well. Making sure every need is met.. nice people nice ombionce. The pub is great to for sitting down with the family to eat.. kid friendly as well. But will serve beer with ID ready people. Best place in town! read more

This is probably one of the best pizza places in Bandon. With it being a small town and most other pizza places always less family friendly, this place is the best. I have a picky two year old and a picky husband; that being said they also love all menu options here. There veggies are always so fresh, and the sauces so flavorfully. The pizza is something new and different. It was good, but wasn't. It was different in a Goodish way. The coustomer service was trash. I called and and asked for a large half mamas (pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, green peppers) , 1/4 Hawaiian, and the other 1/4 pepperoni and pineapple. Not difficult at all!! I worked at a pizza place and that literally is simple pizza to make. The lady on the phone literally sighs loudly and says " we don't have time for a order like that, we are too busy" I literally laughed and just ordered half mamas half Hawaiian. Who says " we can't make that we're to busy" to a paying customer? She quoted us 30 minutes we get there in 40 and the lady said it would be another 8 minutes, and then we waited another 15 minutes. They were not busy they were talking and just standing there. They had 4 orders on the ticket thing. I understand they could have had a rush but to be rude like that on the phone with someone who's never had their pizza made me want to take my business elsewhere. Ridiculous.
