They answered the phone right away when I called, answered questions and gave me a quote right away, came out to look at the site when asked and did the drilling right away. I talked with Jimmy of Bandon Well & Pump about a gadget to measure and report the depth of water in our tanks. He showed up Friday with the Intelli-Tank unit, weeks earlier than planned, and installed it. He also checked out our system, which had run dry much earlier than expected (preventing running dry is why we added the Intelli-Tank). Then he explained what had caused the problem. RIP OFF we called them to our home end of Dec. as we woke up on a Friday and had no water, we called our normal Well person they could not come as issues with their person at the moment so Bandon Well and Pump was available, in the mean time we turned our well on and off at the dedicated meter for it and about a hour later a small trickle of water, Once they came out only one person came to look at it the other guy sat in the big truck. He told us the digital display was flashing and we said Yeah we turned it on and off, and insisted that all the power in our home was out and we kept telling him. no, all he did was re set the display did not look at anything did not do anything to make sure that was the problem LIKE why we had no water in the morning . We got the the other guy and he said we should have it serviced and get it set up for being drained and sediment taking out but would not quote us a price just said Expensive and we HAVE To be paid the day we do it, as if we were stupid. so we said you are here why not do it now since we are paying $12O for you to show up They said we did not bring anything to do the service with us, OK so you go on a call not knowing what is really happening and you bring no supplies with you at all. We called a day later to find out since it was so long without a service it would be $3OO and after that $2OO. But in the meantime we reached out to another Well person who I sent photos of our system to talked to him about it , they came today and said it was the circuit board that was fried and that needed to be replaced , So I said when you replace the circuit board can you do the service on it since you will be here. He said the system we have does not need to be serviced like the older manual one we had before . SO What was Bandon Well and pump going to do . since they did not even inspect our circuit board or look at our system to know it is one that does not have to be drained, SO run do not walk away from this company read more

Their prices are fair, but expect to wait months to get them to work on your project.

These guys are great. Is there anything more stressful than running out of water??? Is there anything more stressful when you have two vacation rentals and guests staying there and you run out of water?? In recent memory, I think not. I called them in panic stricken mode after our well ran dry and these guys came out on an emergency basis and helped me create a plan and basically told me they could do it in a week or I could do it myself if I needed it faster. I was able to get a 1600 gallon tank myself but they still walked me through what I needed to do even though I didn't have them install the solution. And some people have complained they are hard to book out for "regular jobs" because they make their emergency calls come first, and as a person that found myself in the midst of that crisis, I was very happy that they choose to make those cases a priority. Drill a well less than 1/4 mile from there shop 1 year + latter still no well !! And we gave them 1/2 the money up front. Have been to their shop three times . Being as nice and cordial as you can possibly be . And still know well . I'm 70 years old . Have three boys seven grandchildren one great grandchild . In Bandon Oregon I just want to know when. They returned my calls, came right out later that day, took care of the problem, and only had to turn off our water for about 90 minutes, so we weren't inconvenienced at all. The guy who fixed the issue behind our pump house (an underground leak) was very kind and very efficient. Since my dad passed I am the one having to deal with issues like this which is new territory for me, and the well guy was respectful of that fact as well. The total cost was very fair and affordable for us. The lady who answers calls at the office is very friendly and courteous and ready to help. Great experience with Bandon Well and Pump. All I have is praise and a great big Thank You, to Bandon Well & Pump Co. Just after 8:00 am, I woke up to no water at my home. After checking fuse box....I contacted Bandon Well. I spoke to Laura, who was so nice. She took my info and by 8:30 am, Jimmy from Bandon Well, was at my door to investigate and fix the problem. It doesn't hurt that I am just down the street from Bandon Well, but in times past, they've always made every effort to get here as quickly as possible. When I needed help as a novice they were very helpful and were extremely Professional installing my tank and ozone system I for some years now have been doing my own service and have always been able to ask questions. For over 4 months have been trying to get them to come out to locate a well for me, so I can access a turn-off to fix a leaking pipe, and do the filter check on one system. I was told this morning that, "We are a service company, but you have to bend a little to accommodate our schedule." Their hours are 7 AM to 3 PM. I told them I could be available from 7-9 AM or on a Saturday. Apparently their guy showed up here on a Saturday, but he did not call me with a time, so I was not around when he showed up. They also want to call at 7 AM and just come over to service the filters and show me where a well is. I said I needed at least overnight notice and an appointment time would be nice. She said, "We don't make appointments because we service emergencies first..." In my opinion, not much of a "service company." read more

Solid service from a long-term local company. Had a well drilled on our family vacation property in Bandon. Jim worked with my schedule so I could travel down to discuss the drilling location, issues, expectations, timeline, etc. After setting the date, Jim and Chris arrived with all the necessary equipment to drill and install a new well. Technician Zack did outstanding work. Not only performed annual service on our water treatment system, but also repaired a leak at our well head that had continued for years. These guys are great. They drilled my well 20 years ago and set up my system. When I finally needed a new pressure tank and had a problem with the line from the well I called at 7am from my place up the Rogue above Gold Beach, well over an hour from Bandon, and told them I didn't have water to the house. At 9am The guys were here. They installed the new tank, cleaned up all my amateur PVC work from years past, fixed the line, didn't try to sell a bunch stuff, answered all my questions, made friends with the dogs and were out of here before the morning was over. We have had service from Bandon Well & Pump since 1993. Being in a rural area, there are many changes that need to be done on the property. We have had new filters and pumps installed, had a new well dug. All service from this company had been top rate and reasonable. read more

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I tried to buy a filter there today, and the always-nasty cashier claims she rang me up wrong for a purchase 4 months ago, and so I owe her more money for that. I think this might be the most unprofessional and tacky thing I've ever heard in a store- I'll be taking my business elsewhere when we need a new well next year. read more
