When I was able to speak to him over the phone, he would ask if he could call me back, but never did. All the other places in the Seattle area I called were responsive to my requests and emails. Because of their lack of attentiveness, I just decided not to try because I'd rather not be left hanging if something technical went wrong during the event. If you need one or two items for will call, then I think you would be safe. My review is based off of bad customer service for a future event that I was planning for. If a company has bad customer service planning your event, then it makes one wonder what it would be like setting up and if something goes wrong.

My husband, who has a theater sound and lighting background, said they were total pros. We were very impressed by their crew's preparation, hard work, and technical chops. Many people commented on the high quality of the streamed video, which was very professionally shot and miked -- yet they were totally unobtrusive during the event itself. When I picked up the chairs they all fit in my trunk but bring back some had to sit up front. My problem was I probably should not have allowed others to help me load them and when I dropped them off I should not have allowed your staff to tell me "Im good" when he didn't bother to count them. So Mike you don't have to feel sorry for me. Lesson learned. This a WARNING for others to learn from my mistake of being too trusting of your staff.

On my wedding day they barely tried to get a microphone to my ceremony so that our guest could hear. They played EVERY song that I said not to. To top it off the DJ asked if they could take our cupcakes to give to the homeless. Feeling uncomfortable, those who were putting them away obliged. My husband and I were extremely bummed with the way the DJ was on our wedding day. I would not recommend this place!
