I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.

Rides feel smoother, quieter, and far more pleasant overall. The only reason I'm taking off one star is because it should be easier to reach customer service after business hours. If someone's stranded late at night or needs last-minute help, it can be stressful not having a clear way to contact anyone. Called company and it just goes to voicemail. We attempted to get a refund the next day and their website just gave errors. When we spoke with Kim, who stated she was a manager, she refused to offer a refund and stated that if we disputed the charge, they would ban us for life. That will not be a problem because we would never use them again anyway.
