I'm not sure what it is about chocolate and sea salt but replacing caramel with peanut butter was not a concern. It was so good. I got it on a napkin so I could eat as we walked back to our hotel. I suspect I'll be back there trying another bit of chocolate before we leave here.

It was a tasty bit of maple fudge. We ended up getting a couple of large Toffee Peanut Butter Cups. We ate them later, back on the bus, and honestly, they were a bit disappointing. The chocolate was way to thick for my tastes. But the filling itself was good. My suggestion? Spend more time knocking the chocolate out of the molds before letting them set. I actually threw out most of the chocolate. The only one I finished was the dark chocolate with toffee bark, which was saved by the toffee. I would not recommend shopping here if you prefer genuine dark chocolate. Lindt 70% chocolate bars are a million times better.

My daughter loved the ability to try some of the different samples, too. The gentleman working the front desk was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help my daughter reach tea that she wanted to smell and offered her extra samples when she liked something. I ended up purchasing a tin of wild blueberry rooibos tea and then 6 single packets to bring back for my coworkers.
