Our waitress was extremely sweet and helpful, an older woman who said she'd only been working there for 4 days. Everything was just ordinary or blah, nothing special, I've definitely had better diner food. I could have handled the food though compared to what happened next. A woman, who I am assuming was the owner, came storming in. She was in a bad mood for some reason and the waitress soon left, I don't know if she got fired or what, I hope not! After the waitress left, the owner was rushing around the place and very loudly complaining to the cook about the waitress, how she didn't know how to do anything and was messing everything up. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable for us diners. We all just kind of sat there quietly and tried not to make waves. I won't be back. The food and the unprofessional behavior is not my cup of tea. Oh and one last thing that struck me as odd for a restaurant. The owner said she had to run to Sav A Lot to get bread. Really? They get their food from a grocery store rather than Gordon's or a restaurant supplier or something? Kind of makes me wonder if that's why the sausage tasted "off"!
