Would totally recommend this venue to host your 1 through 6 year old birthday. It's very reasonable compared to other venues in Tampa. The venue consists of varying bounce houses and a jungle gym set up. There are multiple packages based on the number of kids attending. Each package includes either pop corn, cotton candy or pizza. Then you can add on. Bringing outside food or drinks is $10 extra. If you have any questions before the party, there is a customer service number that's been helpful. Cassie, who assisted me, called me a couple days before the party to confirm everything and she was also present with her daughter, Lani, the day of the event. They made everything so streamlined and stress free. Gosh, I was impressed. As my guests arrived, Cassie greeted them to led them to the party and placed gifts on the table. I didn't have to lift a finger...truly. Btw. The birthday child can spend the rest of the evening to use the facility. I took my daughter there one time and there seem to be a birthday party going on. I went to the front desk and the girls that worked there just sat there talking so I let my daughter play and we didn't pay anything. Since then on two separate occasions, I've called with questions to find out if it has to be paid in advance and how much the admission is and all I get is Google voice and no one answers the phone. A hidden little gem with 4 bounce houses and a few arcade style games, perfect for ages 2-8 yr olds. They offer beverages and kids snacks but no hot food. Really cute place to bring your kids so they can let off some energy. My daughter is 2 years old and I paid $7.50 for her to be able to play in here all day. You and your child need to be wearing socks. If you don't have any they have medical show covers for 0.50 and socks for $1. There's about 3 huge bounce houses and two bungee cord jungle gyms with some smaller toys and climbing things in between. The equipment seems clean and there are kid friendly snacks and drinks with a seating areas for parents. My daughter really enjoyed herself in here and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. read more

My son's favorite place. Why? Because he is almost three years old and this place has a great bunch of bouncy houses. His favorite is the one with an inflated basketball hoop!!! It will cost you around $7 for your kid to go in, and if you want to go in with them there is no extra charge. The parking lot belongs to the Wiregrass mall so it's completely free and there are plenty spots. I want you to keep in mind that this is a small place, and it can get crowded depending on time and how many kids are in there. This place is fairly clean, there is a hand sanitizer dispenser in every corner and when it comes to customer service it is Ok! There is one employee at the front desk that provided us with the rate, the must do's and that was all! I was hoping for a smile and more excitement from her as coming to this place is a huge event for my kid. Although my kids are not toddlers anymore...they still love coming here. They play for hours on end and work out all that energy. We have been coming here since they first opened. It is family owned and operated so you know they truly care. This establishment is very clean given the kids play and sweat. The manager Steve is ALWAYS WORKING VERY HARD AT KEEPING IT THIS WAY!! Every time we come, he is cleaning everything and running around making sure kids are playing safe. There are tables and wifi for parents to sit and do work, like myself. I love that Steve is courteous, polite, friendly and dedicated. Definitely a great manager for such a young age! The bathrooms are clean!!!!!! This is a perfect place to take the kids when it's rainy out or when it's cold out(that's short-lived since we live in FL). Conveniently located in the Wiregrass mall, Bangin' Bungee Kidz Zone offers inflatables for children of all sizes and a great climbing structure. The staff is kind, courteous, professional, and arguably most importantly, attentive. Unlike those "other places", this place is CLEAN and well-maintained. They have a little cafe area too. My two year old had a BLAST. Did I mention how cheap they are? $7 for ALL DAY?! You can even leave and come back as many times as you want throughout the day. No time limits. I was thoroughly impressed with our visit today and we will definitely be back again and again! This is definitely the smallest indoor playhouse I've visited. There is literally 5-6 play areas for the kids to jump on. Lots of seating for adults and there is a room in the back for parties. This place was to small for my 5 year old and he seemed to been bored. This place is good for toddlers but not anyone older than 5 in my opinion. I've never seen an employee treat a client so bad. The employee accusing the client that her child had stolen a $1.50 lollipop after she paid $65.00 for having six kids in the business. This is definitely a place where the owner does not train or choose the right employees. My piece of advise, ask the client in good terms that her child grabbed a candy and give the client the benefit of the doubt is she says she already paid for it. You will make that$ 1.50 back just by treating people the right way, plus for all the customer like me that watched the whole thing, are never returning to this place in addition to this and bad review. I took my 2.5 year old here to play on a Saturday afternoon. It was clean and not too crowded. The staff was friendly. My little guy had a great time jumping around in each of the different bounce houses. There is a fee only for your child, I think $10, they get a wrist band and can play all day. They must wear socks and take off their shoes. You can also purchase socks and small refreshments for parent and child. I would go again given that you can leave and come back and play, as long as you have your wrist band on. read more

My 6 year old daughter loves this place. It's very clean; the staff is continually wiping down tables, sweeping, vacuuming, and no shoes are allowed on the carpeted play area (adults included.) If you forget socks, they have some for purchase for $1. There's a variety of bounce houses and play equipment, and though it's not the largest facility I've ever seen, it keeps them entertained for hours. They let you leave and come back the same day without paying again (if you want to go get lunch, for example). They also don't mind if you bring your own water bottles/little snacks, though I'm pretty sure they'd draw the line at full meals, lol. Oh, and it's safe: there are tables/chairs in front and in back, and the back door is alarmed, so your little one can't wander off or be taken out that way. There's free Wifi so you just need to ask for the password and you're good to go! We just had her birthday party here on a Saturday. The staff was great with handling everything, keeping track of how many kids/parents were there for the party, and ordering pizza/drinks. It's a little strict on what you can/can't bring; for example, if you bring your own balloons or food/snacks, they charge you. Just a few minor cons: the play area is a bit tight, kind of small and only retractable ropes separate the play are from seating and the exit. I was directed by google voice to state my name before the call would go through. The price is $13 for a child 3 and over. That is the highest of any place I have gone with my children. When I arrived, the owners were sitting at a table in the corner eating pizza, and had to wipe their hands to take my money. There is no place to put your shoes, so everyone is tripping over shoes everywhere. There are only a few tables and they were all dirty. The actual play equipment is okay, but it is oddly placed and packed in. The staff are not helpful and did not look like anyone I would want assisting my kids. I peaked in the birthday area and was very disappointed. The last complaint is where the tables and fold out chairs are placed it is impossible to watch your children play. As a result you have older children mistreating younger children and no parents are able to help. The most telling is when both of my children (5 and 3) asked if we could leave.
