I had their signature dish, which was a ground chicken Larb type deliciousness served warm, Tom Yum which was the best I've had in Seattle, crispy garlic, chicken wings, which were delicious and the Phad Thai which I normally do not like because it lacks flavor, but not here it was delicious and the Thai iced tea was also the best I've had. First time trying Bangkok Blvd out in Edmonds. Overall, a decent experience for Thai fares locally accessible in the north end. Ordered Pork (Moo) Phad Kra Praw, Shrimp Phad Thai, Beef Phad Kee Mao, and Bangkok Wings. All dishes were deliciously executed and presented but the star of the show are the Bangkok wings - highly recommended. Wok fire flavors were on the delicate side but may develop as restaurant mature its wok. Thai iced tea is on par with expectations - well balanced. Would revisit as a local Thai joint. I really wanted to like this place, but sadly we did not :( the 1 star is simply due to the fact that we all felt ill/lethargic immediately after eating. my cousins and I saw someone review this place on TikTok then we decided to go since it was nearby us. I had made a reservation on Yelp, but walking in there was plenty of seating so it didn't seem necessary for dinner time. We arrived a bit after 7pm and it was tucked away in a plaza near ranch 99. The parking in the plaza is tight and limited though as there are other restaurants and a grocery store there too. All tables were set already with water on them and we got greeted to sit right away. The restaurant only has 1 MDF that's pretty open and spacious. There's music playing in the back and had a medium noise level; it was only us inside. There only seemed to be 1 FOH worker, so I'm not sure how many were in the kitchen but everything came out lagged... She was kind and did check in on us when we got our food. Though the sporadic timing of the dishes was a bit annoying as we wanted to eat our meal together, but my phad thai came out 15 minutes after my cousin first got her salad and it was over cooked too :( thai tea: the best item from the menu; an average thai tea not too sweet green thai tea: mid, very subtle flavoring just tasted a bit bitter vegan thai tea: too sugary for my liking & was also watery. tasted more like syrup than tea yum seafood salad: 90% red onion & filler veggies ex. cabbage only about 5 pieces of seafood, but the seafood present was well cleaned and seasoned beef phad see ew: beef & noodles wasn't over cooked, but plate was bland. lacked the normal dark soy sauce/oyster sauce flavoring tofu phad thai: i asked for 4 stars, but it wasn't spicy. the noodles were also really slimy and bloated from being over cooked in the wok too long :( the tofu portion was okay, but overall the dish was too oily for me to finish Both noodle dishes were too oily for our liking and plates lacked flavor, so we didn't finish them or wanted to take them home. For those reasons alone we wouldn't be returning, but definitely not now that we all got sick after. read more

This place looks quite hip and definitely exceeded our expectations. Everything was super authentic! We ordered the Kao soi and a pad see ew. The kao soi was everything - creamy, rich, and delicious! Pad see ew - definitely had the nice smokiness which you want from the wok and just absolutely delicious. I definitely would come here again - I've seen great reviews of the soft shell crab so would try that next time. read more

The customer service was great (but I guess it wasn't busy and we were the only group at 4:30pm) but the food was meh. The papaya salad is lacking flavor. We ordered pineapple fried rice with chicken and the chicken was raw inside (yes, I did bite into it and yes they did replace the order! But I'm still traumatize). Also, raisin in fried rice is weird to me but I don't know if that's an authentic thing. The clam was good but very small, the soft shell curry was also decent. I made my first attempt and it did not disappoint me. It is super clean and the server was n point as well as very polite and attentive. We tried the beef noodle soup that is closest to the Boat noodle soup and that was a hit. The broth was a on the sweet side but just perfect sweetness to it. I could taste and smell the wonderful aromatics in the broth. It had white noodles and some beef slices. I will have some more of it the next time. It was so comforting and filling. We also tried the noodle salad. Again, that was delicious! The sour sweet was balanced and satisfying. Then, the pad ka praw? This is a ground beef stir fry with a fried egg on top. Wow! I usually can't tell the difference between 1 and 3 stars, but the 3 star here had a nice kick - will have to try 4 star next time. Pad Thai had great flavor and the noodle texture was perfect. I tried Pad Pong Karee for the first time... I will be going back for this AND for the other things I haven't tried yet (my usual favorite is Pad Kee Mao, so I'm looking forward to my next visit. I met some family here for dinner on a Monday night. i decided to try the larb as well as the Panang Curry. They both came out quickly. The larb was delicious, the right amount of acid and plenty of it too. I also got the panang curry with salmon. The salmon was not overdone, perfectly cooked and flaky. Was excited to try this new restaurant, but it fell below our expectations. The flavors were spot on, however the meat in the curry broth had a few pieces that were tough and inedible. The overall dish was tasty though. The crispy chicken dish had meat that was dry and hard, as well as the and tofu in the pad see ew. Hope they will make improvements to that. I am trying to find a local Thai place that could be our regular to go place after Noodle Hut in Edmonds was sold to new owners. Decided to try this place based on the reviews on yelp. Of the six things I ordered two of them were worth eating. Let's start with the good. Good: 1. Pad Woonsen/the glass noodle dish was unique and had good flavor and texture. 2. Som Tum Lao papaya salad had good flavor but it was on the sweet side; the papaya was soft - should be a bit toothier. Not So Good : 3. The chicken in the pad Thai was so overcooked was difficult to chew (and I have a full set of teeth) either they over blanched the chicken before tossing it in the wok or they cooked it too long in water and in the wok. The noodles had almost no pad Thai flavor, and I considered throwing them in the yard waste because they were not worth the calories. 4. Pad See Ew: The noodles were ok, the sauce is a bit sweet with almost an odd molasses flavor; I've definitely had better elsewhere. The Chinese broccoli that was put into the dish was almost all bitter stems. 5. Tom yum soup noodle: the soup was good, the noodles were meh. Being fresh noodles and never refrigerated they seemed a little bit stiff. 6. And the kicker...the dish that I was most excited to try was the crispy garlic chicken. It was chicken, but it was so overcooked that the chunks of meat were dried out inside (how is this possible?!) and too hard to chew, the battered coating was definitely not crispy. This was the worst dish of the six ordered and nobody would eat it which is saying a lot in my house. Not sure how everyone loves the food here but we will keep trying other places to look for a regular take out spot. The staff were super nice, if that helps. read more

I selected the beef and soup option for the beef noodle soup paying 2 dollars extra because I don't want the noodles, but still received the beef noodle soup. I also don't like the taste of the soup at all. I had boat soup in other Thai places and thought this would be similar. But no, this soup is Extra Sweet, like a dessert soup sweet.
