If you are ever in this area and you love Thai food, do yourself a favor and stop in here This is some of the most flavorful fresh Thai food I've ever had in my life! There are dishes on this menu I've never even heard of, but I am so glad that they make them because I got to experience them. Order anything off the menu that you want but the Tom Kha is next level. I will keep coming back time and time again because this food is not something I can find in Texas

    Boat noodle

This is by far the best boat noodle I've had in the greater Seattle area that strongly resembles to the one I had in Thailand. The soup base is incredibly aromatic and rich with a flavorful blood infused broth and aromatic spices. Every strand of noodle soaks up the robust broth that each bite packed with savory and comforting flavor.

We popped in to check out their lunch specials and were pleasantly surprised at the affordability and the variety of dishes offered. I absolutely enjoyed the beef noodle soup. All lunch specials range $12.95-$14.95 and it's served with iced Thai tea.

Food here has rich and robust flavors. We had the Eggplant dish---superb, balanced flavors of sweet, salty and sour. The Crab Fried Rice was not stingy with its crab mixed in with glistening fried rice. The Panang Curry was awesome, as well...deep curry flavor, artfully streaked with a last minute coconut milk and further enhanced with pieces of crispy fried chicken. The Pork Belly dish was good, although I've had it with larger pieces of pork belly and better.in other restaurants. But it doesn't deter me from giving this a 5, especially when I'm excited to go back to try their Khao Soi and Pad See Ew. It's a worthy replacement of Fashion Dimsum. The server was charming and friendly. Service was quick and timely. The restaurant is not too big, but decorated prettily. Parking is tight, but the strip mall has had that problem always. But we'll definitely go back.

Bangkok Boulevard is a Thai restaurant in Edmonds. It has been open close to a year but our first time to visit this place. Decided to check it out because of the great reviews they have been getting. Glad we did! Restaurant did not fail. Food is awesome. We had the crab fried rice, Panang curry, eggplant chili sauce, and Chinese broccoli with crispy pork belly. They were all so good, flavorful and generous in serving. We were four and it was enough for everyone to get to taste all of the food we ordered. Nice place. Lots of tables and very clean. Server is very personable. Always smiling. Will definitely make this restaurant a regular place to visit.

    Thai Ice Tea, $5.00 - 4.5 Stars

Bangkok Boulevard is a small restaurant located at a strip mall in Edmonds along 99. (Same location as the previous Fashion Dim Sum, RIP. This stretch has an impressive array of food varieties.) Sufficient parking outside, we never had a problem finding a spot. The interior of the restaurant looks similar to before with some colorful flags to decorate the ceiling. The space is modest with 10 tables. During the 1+ hour dining duration, only up to 4 tables were occupied at any given time. But they have a robust flow of take-out orders. So, the food may not come out super-fast. Our waitstaff is an energetic Thai lady who answered my questions proficiently. Thank you for that. We ordered items 1, 2, and 3 from their signature dishes list. Thumbs up to all 3 with plenty of leftovers. We will return for sure when we are in the area. The Food: Pad Pong Karee (dry curry with soft shell crab), $22.95 - 5 Stars Definitely try this unique dry curry soft shell crab. The crab pieces are deep fried, then generously coated with the curry sauce. My goodness, this is delicious! Admittedly, this is a touch salty, so we ate it with rice from the next dish. I gave feedback to the restaurant that they should serve this dish with a small cup of rice. Btw, this is a huge platter of food. If soft shell crab isn't your thing, this dish is also available with standard seafood as the protein. Pad Kra Praw with braised beef, $21.95 - 5 Stars Savory seasonings, marinade, and tender beef pieces compliments well with veggies and rice. The beef is an excellent choice for this dish; beef soaks up the flavors soooo well. This dish is available with a choice of proteins at different prices. Khao Soi with tofu, $18.95 - 4.5 Stars Khao Soi is one of my standard dishes. I love a curry and egg noodles combo. Their version stood out because their broth is extra rich and flavorful. I forgot to ask what kind of tofu they use. I am not a fan of fried tofu. They don't absorb flavor nearly as well as a typical protein including non-fried tofu. I'll try a different protein next time. Thai Ice Tea, $5.00 - 4.5 Stars House-brew Thai tea (I asked before ordering), but I forgot to ask if they can make it less sweet. I added a lot of water. The flavor is still very good.

Paid for extra noodle and it's overcooked, clumped up, and tasteless. Called asking them why it tastes so bland and they said they don't recommend extra noodles because they only put in sauce for their usual amount. Well thanks for letting me know after the order was made and paying extra for extra noodles. To the trash it goes.

BB did not disappoint! Everything was delicious, so well made: fried foods were crispy and flavorful, soft foods were tender and that seafood broth was out of this world! Our server was kind and patient and the ambience was relaxed with soft music in Thai (I think). Will come back when in the area :).

Another hole and wall tucked into a strip mall however, worth the trip. Thai street food with a different twist on all your favorites. And specials galore-- you don't get decor looks like a back alley, but it's clean and the food is great-app try BBK Wings with extra spice @$13.95 or CK wings without @$12.95 Pork belly Egg Noodle @$15.95 slow cooked stewed beef noodle dish with soft pork belly so awesome --so is the "Real" Crab Fried rice @$19.95 plus take some home and you got room for dessert try the Chrispy Chinese Donuts deep fried with custard dipping sauce @$8.95 enjoy.cheers al

Overall a pretty good experience at Bangkok Boulevard. Located in a little strip mall south of Ranch 99 that took over a small dim sum restaurant. Small restaurant and server was fantastic. Always had a smile on her face and was very complimentary. We ordered several dishes - pineapple chicken fried rice, spicy clams, curry soft shell crab, papaya salad, laab salad, regular thai ice tea and thai ice green tea. The spicy clams was really good and had lots of flavor. The laab salad was refreshing and flavorful too. The iced thai green tea was really good but a little too sweet. Unfortunately the pineapple fried rice we got had a piece uncooked chicken in it. They apologized and remade a brand new one but hard to go back and enjoy the it after seeing that. Also the papaya salad was a little flavorless. We had to use some of the spicy fish sauce from the side in order to give it some flavor. The star of the show is the soft shell crab curry. The crab was still crispy mixed with the curry was absolutely amazing and I would order this every time. Highly recommend getting this is crab is your thing.

We visited for the first time on a Friday evening. The restaurant recently opened and is currently working on getting its liquor license. It's a cute little spot with spacious seating. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and efficient in serving the food! Each dish was flavorful and delicious. We will definitely return to try more of their signature dishes! Parking was easy, as there is a parking lot available.

I love everything; perhaps the octopus could be cooked a little longer to tenderize more. I love the crunchiness from it, and the crunchiness from the black mushroom too. Maybe the chef can find a way to achieve just enough tenderness while still being crunchy, which would be perfect. Another thing, my bowl looks burned on the edges. Kudos to all staff! They can accommodate big groups, as they had 2 different large groups at the same time, but those took up a lot of tables because the restaurant isn't that spacious. The combos are a good option if you have people to share with and/or multiple people are hungry. The portions are enough for more than one meal, and the prices reflect that. We ordered boiled dumplings and the friends combo A with jajung, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk (M). The bowls of jajung and jjamppong are huge, but I didn't notice any meat in the jajung. The jajung was basically noodles, brown sauce, and onions. It was tasty, but disappointing that it looked and tasted vegetarian. The jjamppong was tasty because it was garlicky and slightly spicy. I was surprised to see the boiled dumplings were basically tiny wontons in clear broth. They need to update their menu description because I was expecting dry and regular sized dumplings. The tangsuyuk was very crispy, and I'm glad they served the goopy sauce separately.

My husband went with white wheat noodles and I chose the clear sweet potato noodles. It also came with rice, which was an unexpected but welcome addition. The banchan of kimchi radish and kimchi Napa cabbage were both excellent and refilled quickly without needing to ask twice. The soup is rich, creamy, and deeply comforting, the kind you immediately wish you had closer to home. Only wish is that they had a combination that included tendon, because that would be perfect. But at the end of the day, with the obvious mark-up in price, we thought the food was a bit subpar. My wife and I ordered: Chicken Pad Thai Tofu Kua Gai The Pad Thai was decent - nothing remarkable. The noodles were a firmer than I liked, but the chicken was overcooked and dry (and paltry - I only got a few pieces). The sweetness carried the plate, but nothing stood out to me. The Kua Gai was pretty unremarkable as well and it lacked flavor. The fried tofu didn't taste fresh or good, and it was overall also a poorly executed dish. Despite the hustle and bustle service and the cheerful owner managing a busy cell phone of take-out orders (which the saving and entertaining grace was that his ringtone was "Golden" from Netflix's Kpop Demon Hunters), this place severely missed the mark.
