Once again, Charm Gai does an outstanding job. This is my favorite Thai Restaurant in the Seattle area. The food and service are outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Cashew Delight/chicken - amazing!!

we love this place! She makes amazing food! Lots of seats good for group! They do a lot of takeout!!! the service is friendly and the food has great flavor! We have been coming here many many times!!

Came on a weeknight and was seated immediately. We tried three different dishes between the two of us (with lots of leftovers) including beef pad see ew, the special spicy noodles and a tofu green curry with white rice. The pad see ew was really tasty and had good flavor. The spicy noodles were good but not as good as the pad see ew but also packed with flavor. The tofu green curry had a many chunks of delicious fried tofu which I enjoyed, but of note they used regular eggplant (not thai eggplant) and there was no bamboo. Prices were very reasonable for portion size (of note, rice is extra charge on the side for curry) and overall a decent place. Will plan to check out other restaurants in the area but very willing to come back as I was satisfied with my meal.

Wow. Amazing flavor! Top 1 or two of Thai food I've ever had. Prompt friendly service. Very clean dining area. I recommend this spot if you're in Lynwood 100%!

Chicken pad see ew

Located across from H Mart in the Alderwood Mall shopping area. This is in the same building as the Happy Lemon. I ordered the chicken pad see ew at a medium spicyness. The server understood the mission. She brought me out a wonderfully cooked dish where the noodles were cooked just right, not too done, and not too soft & slimy. Great flavor and a generous amount of chicken. I was pleasantly full with the serving size. Lunch prices are very reasonable.

No clear closing time. Lack of effort or care for their clients.

The food is good but its hit and miss if the place is open. They don't have the hours posted but tonight I arrived at 8:30 and a couple were still eating dinner I asked for a order to go and was told that they stop taking orders at 8:30. I told the lady is 8:30 and she declined to take my to go order. I asked the owner why aren't your hours posted. She said she is working on a new sign. Yelp list the closing time at 9:00 but that is not correct. I'm done with these people. I'm not going to return here anymore.

Food was good. It's was quick as well. We got fried rice that was kind of blend for me but vegetarian wide noodles were great.

Very friendly and fast service. The Panang Curry was amazing! It had so many layers of flavor and the perfect mouth feel. Also lots of basil. The Drunken Noodles were good, but lacked the layers of flavor that the curry had. The fried tofu was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside with silky, creamy inside.

Phad Prik King

This is an underrated thai spot in the Alderwood area that doesn't look like much, but will become a favorite once you try the food. I got the chicken phad prik king and the special tom yum noodle which I haven't seen at a lot of thai restaurants. Both dishes were delicious but I must say that the tom yum noodle was definitely my favorite. The broth is absolutely delicious with the right amount of sour and saltiness, and the noodle completes the dish and makes it more filling. The phad prik king was pretty standard, but I definitely wish it was a bit spicier for 3 stars so I may do 4 stars next time. I came on a weekday afternoon so it wasn't that busy. There was only one server but it didn't take too long to get the dishes. However, I could definitely see it being a lot slower with only one or two servers during peak hours so I would keep that in mind. On another note, I really appreciate that their menu is very easy to read, and they put stars next to their recommendations so I don't have to ask. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes in the future.

So graceful to have a job.that takes me to the far ends of the earth--I call.it "adventures in real estate" this "hole in the wall" is actually easy to find - a.little plain inside but.the food is exquisite-you know you can't eat decor-try the Tom. Kha soup with chicken @$14.50 creamy conconut bliss with a slight bite add Phad Kee Mao -a wide noodle sweet soy wonder with beef @$15 then add the Paneng Beef Curry with beef @$16 make.that 2.stars please (insider tip --that's medium hot not medium low) and you have done gone to heaven--you may not finish it but love.the next.day leftovers cheers al

I ordered to go online and it was quick and easy. It was going to be jury 15-20 minutes. I arrived probably within 10 minutes and it was ready so that was really nice. I ordered the Pad Sew Lew with choice of protein - I got beef. And I also got the potstickers to start too. The potstickers were nicely cooked outside and lots of flavor. Came with a dipping sauce. The pad sew lew was great! Good flavors and I liked the big rice noodles. I enjoyed it and cannot wait to come back and try other things!

On a weekend lunchtime, the place was super empty. Servers were friendly and attentive too. For food, we ordered the Thai iced tea, papaya salad, the Lao sausage, Khao poon, and nam Khao. Thai iced tea was sweet, but I could very much taste the tea flavor, it was refreshing. The Lao style papaya salad is extremely fishy and shrimpy but super umami and tasty. The little baby crab legs are a fun surprise too haha. Lao sausage had a satisfyingly crunchy skin, and the sausage inside was flavorful. Khao poon big flavor and yum too. The pork rib pieces did smell a bit though which I wasn't a huge fan of, but didn't deter me that much. Nam Khao was definitely the standout dish for me. I love fried rice with ginger, so this really hit the spot. Add in the crunch of the charred bits of rice, the slight chew from the rice itself, and the umami from the fish sauce. Omg. Wrapping it in lettuce can get a bit messy but it's so good in lettuce too Overall wowow. Portions are really big too, so we had a ton of leftovers to bring home. And I'll be dreaming about the food here for awhile haha

Crab Delight: The rangoons came out a smidge oily and on the warm side, but the filling was *delightful*--cream cheese has that bit of sweetness. In terms of crab-to-cream-cheese ratio, I couldn't make out any meat. The wrapper is airy and crispy which made each bite satisfactory. The sweet chili they use is the runny kind--not a complaint, just an observation. Pad Thai: Has that bold sweet & sour flavor but not too much where it's kicking your throat when you inhale it. I went with a 4/5 spice and it was indeed spicy. Sai Ooua: Don't know how to pronounce that, but I do know this sausage was hearty. I wonder if I could ask them to not cut it because the skin had a nice snap. Thai Tea: Very pleasant. Since it was an hour after opening, service was prompt.

Didn't go in with any expectations, but this little family-owned spot completely blew us away. The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in and were super friendly throughout. We ordered the Curry fried rice with chicken which was extremely flavorful and comforting. The steamed chicken dumplings were also juicy and really good. We finished with a scoop of their homemade Thai iced tea ice cream, which was such a nice treat. They were out of a few ice cream flavors, but they mentioned they'd be restocking soon, which honestly just gives us another reason to come back. Loved the cozy vibe, the service, and the food. Definitely one of those hidden gems we'll be returning to soon.

The atmosphere of the place is great I like the green color they have on the walls. There are cute pictures of the family around. We had panang curry, pad thai, and pad see ew. The panang curry and pad thai we ordered 2 spicy (which is labeled medium), and were not spicy at all so increase if you want a little spice. My cousin loved her pad see ew and this was her first time having Thai food so we were a little nervous whether or not she would like it lol. We also ordered 6 crab delights and they were a hit with all of us! The service was also great, they checked up on us a lot even though we had to order on an iPad. Our waters were never empty. The reason I gave this place 4 stars is because there are some ai generated images on their menu.

The lunchtime crowd was moderately busy on a weekday. The owners are kept busy so service can be a little slower with fewer staff running the restaurant. The plate was a little on the smaller side, and the veggies were not quite as flavorful but overall, I enjoyed the dish!

Started off with some VERY crispy wings, topped with fried shallots and garlic, could use a stronger flavor on the wing itself, but goes great with the sweet chili sauce and "secret" plum sauce, squeeze that lemon on there too! Thai Tea was as good as it gets. I got the green curry with Chicken, vegatables tasted so clean and fresh with clean chunks of sliced chicken breast. The curry itself was so rich, aromatic and savory. I also got the Cashew Chicken wok stir fry, love the subtle wok flavor with the mildy sweet and umami/soy flavor of the sauce. The veggies with a nice crisp and chicken goes perfect. They do spice level 1-5 and I chose 3, perfect amount of spice, not overpowering and you still get the nice kick! The service was great, my server was very attentive, helpful with the menu, and friendly. The lady at the register is so nice and was explaining to me some of the popular dishes. You can tell these two love what they do. Some of the better Thai food I've had, hearty, clean and flavorful, I WILL BE BACK! Ps: ask for the spices, and add it to everything, so bomb.
