Then they show the property for MONTHS, collecting a tidy sum from all the applications. You as a property owner lose two months rent. Their business model does NOT benefit the property owner; I offered to pay a year of rent upfront, yet my message was never delivered to the owner, which was too bad for them as I have excellent credit and references and a year upfront is a sweet deal for a landlord. Tenants: I was charged $37 PLUS I was told I would hear back either way within 4-6 days. It took SIX WEEKS for them to get back to me. Of course now I know it's because they were making a cool $3000 from applications. I would NEVER use them as my property management company and will NEVER apply to one of their properties as a tenant again. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
