The interior is somewhat upscale, several offices, and employees to fill them. I have never had to wait in line at this bank and find most of the tellers to be friendly and competent. There drive thru ATM is open 24/7 however it would be nice if the bank were open longer hours M-W ( they close at 4). You avoid several fees and surcharges doing banking with a credit union as opposed to a regular a bank, however if you go there for shared branching make sure when you arrive there "shared system" before the transaction.

From mystery fees, to terrible automated customer service calls when I have an issue, I always hate using Bank of America beyond the ATM. I frequent the Cranston location as the staff here are always wonderful. Megan, the branch manager, is always pleasant and extremely helpful whenever I have special needs. I went in with my boyfriend to fill out an application for a secured credit card and she personally walked us through the process step by step. She even followed up with a couple of calls to give me status reports as she got notifications of approval. The tellers there are always sweet and smiling, chatting with me about different things. The tellers make a personal connection with me every time my boyfriend and I come in. They even give my dog treats in the drive-thru when she is with me on my errands. I highly recommend Coastway to anyone looking for a more personal banking experience. Here you always feel like a person and not another account number.
