I normally see Dr. John (Desmone), but I've also seen Dr. Barbara (Desmone) over the years when he was unavailable. I have high intraocular pressure, which means I'm at risk of getting glaucoma. Everyone who works here is so kind about my nervousness with eye exams. Additionally, both doctors never rush me and always answer the many questions I have! Their optical technology equipment is modern and provides excellent testing to establish a history of your eye health. I used to drive 2 hours to see my previous eye care doctor because of bad experiences with others in the area. When I found DFEC in 2020, I was relieved and happy to be fortunate enough to receive excellent eye care, with the focus on the word "care"!

As I continued to speak to Gabby I requested a solution. As a military Family they are conveniently accessed out in town. Many of us go there, and I understand sometimes they are busy. I requested sample contacts, but since my prescription is expired I couldn't get any. They put me on a waitlist, but they could not do anything else. She was very cut and dry. Not willing to help and or ease my mind to figure out what other route we could go about it. I have made an official complaint through tricare. I understand not being able to get me an appointment, but getting samples and being nice about our situation would've been a solution enough for me. Many of us have had complaints about this office. Also it is very expensive, and they up sell their glasses way too much.

Every product felt very greasy on my skin and irritated my skin. My skin was itchy and the oil never soaked in. My forehead broke out into hives for a week after only two uses.
