I retained this firm for a paid second opinion and paid a $3,900 retainer. My expectation was that…read morethe attorney I initially consulted would personally engage with the core issues I raised, particularly tort-based reliance and misrepresentation. Instead, the matter was largely handled by another attorney, and the analysis I received focused heavily on buyer-awareness/Form 17 issues rather than the reliance framework I had specifically asked to be reviewed. I was also disappointed by the billing, including time recorded before I had signed the engagement agreement, which I disputed. Overall, I did not feel the service matched my expectations for a paid second opinion, and I would encourage future clients to confirm in writing who will actually perform the analysis, what issues will be addressed, and whether any pre-engagement time will be billed.

Men going through a divorce and considering this firm: please read…read more I was told my case was very straightforward and given a rosy outlook. What happened instead was I paid my lawyer a ton of money ($20-$30K), lost custody of my kids, got kicked out of my own house, had my residential time stripped away from me, etc. On top of that, halfway through my case my lawyer dropped me as a client, leaving me scrambling for representation. My lawyer was less than responsive. Not sympathetic to my losses. In all fairness, I can't tell if it was the performance of my attorney or the inequity of the system when it comes to father's rights. But PLEASE do your research. I can give you a much more in depth run-down of my situation and my honest review of Beresford Booth if you'd like. Message me on Instagram @farnsworthgtrs. Interview several attorneys. Do your research. And reach out to me if you want a first-hand take of their performance in court. There were two attempts by this professional scammer and dabbling handled it succinctly. I've been a landlord for over 20 years and they are the best I've seen for legal help.

In brief: 1) Takes cash via Zelle: $350 to do a Pay & Vacate, $1500 to for commercial eviction case to proceed (questionable?) 2) Voicemail states he does not listen to or return voicemails 3) Picks up no calls after receiving payment with 2 exceptions: You call with a different number or you threaten to file a complaint with the Washington State Bar. 4) Despite the threat of filing a complaint, six days afterwards, he still was too busy to provide evidence that a Pay & Vacate Notice has been even delivered. 5) Creative line of excuses: migraines, sister was in town, holidays, a blown tire. Since working with Mr. Dabling, our tenant has stayed in our commercial property continuing business and using utilities for an additional 4 months because we still haven't achieved the legal right to lock them out. I found him on Avvo, and yes, I did confirm his active business license first. Our household has worked with NUMEROUS attorneys over the years in various specialties. We are reasonable and know what to expect, how payment works, how long evictions or other cases usually take, and Mr. Dabling is the worst we have ever come across. We would not have worked with him if our previous eviction attorney that we stayed with for 20 years hadn't retired. Mr. Dabling is unprofessional, unreliable, and everything that is concerning about working with an attorney. My goal for this review is to protect others from his lack of services.

Mr. Savage was able to quickly pick up my case when my former firm/attorney retired from family law. He acted with urgency, making time to review all previous materials and correspondences, to meet with me to understand my goals, and clearly communicated next steps and timeline. It is clear to me that Mr. Savage is very comfortable and knowledgeable when it comes to family law. He was able to catch small things that my previous attorney missed or actions the former firm had taken that were no longer the standard. This keen eye for detail made all the difference in my case and we were able to get a parenting plan in place, despite a lack of cooperation from the respondent, during our first hearing. Mr. Savage was incredibly responsive and even caught an after-hours declaration the respondent emailed hours before the hearing. He notified me right away and advised me of the next probable steps, eliminating concerns I had over the last-minute response. I was also impressed with Mr. Savage's integrity; for example he informed the commissioner of the respondent's declaration despite its untimely arrival and the respondent failing to appear at the hearing. My overall experience was 5 gold stars! Huge thank you to Mr. Savage and team.
