There are a huge perks in living here which include having the smart home as well as the Amazon hub that both Amazon UPS and FedEx all have access to use so your packages are always secure. The common hallways are often cleaned and maintained to make sure everyone's homes remain nice! Management has always gone above and beyond to help me out and make me feel like a welcome member of their community

Yes, they have been texted and asked me so many time that I am more than welcome to buyout to move out with rude manner. I have all their text in my phone. There are so many issues related to fumes with management and the downstair neighbor but it is too many to list on here. They have excellent customer service, are super friendly and accommodating, always get things repaired in a timely manner, and give me a sense of belonging. The manager Gayle is so sweet and such a hard worker, every time I come in for my workouts in the workout room, I see how hard at work and focused she is, she gives everyone such special attention, and makes sure that you're totally taken care of before you leave. I would try regulating my breathing, or get up in the middle of the night, and for any little upset, it would set off any adjoining apartments. -The rent goes up like clockwork, to the point where you can't even make a raise without it going towards the landlords who clearly need it more. -The environment is filthy with dog crap and garbage building up all over the place. Bed bugs actively sneak in. And if you live on the first floor, ants and insects will be your constant roommates. -With so much trash in the area, it will regularly blow into your stairwell, and you will be charged if it isn't kept clean. It's not too much of a nuisance, until you realize how often you have to do it. And of course, your neighbors won't be bothered to clean, so the burden falls on you. -There are regular inspections to investigate how well you've been treating their apartment. The invasion of privacy is annoying, but even worse when you consider how cheap a lot of the materials are. I was sweeping one time and had to get behind some curtains, but of course, the cheap plastic broke when I moved it. Regular visits, combined with frequent breaks and accidents, isn't very enjoyable. Pro: -The staff are polite and do a good job. A place like this clearly needs good staff to even attempt to make up for its failures. And even then, I wouldn't recommend this place at all! Living here was okay, but keep in mind that you will be living across the street from the Geneva Rock quarry. Everything will be constantly covered in dust. I especially recommend against living in any apartment facing the east side of the property. Fine sand particles will permeate through every crack and coat the entire apartment with sand and dust. The location is okay and service is mid.

I have recently transferred to a different apartment same location, and they are charging for the transfer $500.00 and another $700.00 for the deposit. I have a deposit from my previous location for $750.00, which they are trying to keep most of my money. I don't think you want to contemplate living here. I will not suggest it. I am here because I have an eye condition and cannot move out at the moment.

They won't enforce the smoke free zone and don't care about the Clean Air Act mentioned in their lease agreement. If someone is smoking near you they don't truly care and it's like pulling teeth to get someone to listen to you. Would not recommend. Pros: The view The location Maintenance guys are cool Cons: Noise. You want to develop some full-blown schizophrenia? Live here!!! You will hear EVERY sound. Every step from your neighbor, every bark from their dog, every cry from their kid. I weather stripped my doors to minimize sound and it accomplished nothing. I have been woken up after 2 am more than 20 times (I stopped counting at 20). As I type this, I can hear the cars outside, my neighbor above me stomping, and my neighbor's kids across screaming. I had to buy a $150 noise-cancelling wireless headset for some sanity, and I STILL hear my neighbors. Absolute auditory purgatory. Price. I could've lived in some run down ghetto somewhere else in the state and had better value. Unbelievable waste of money. Oh, and the fine print on the contract? Yeah read that, if you pay your rent late 1 time you will owe them $500+ extra per month the rest of your contract. Didn't happen to me because I saw it, but fair warning. Construction. The place where my wall meets the floor has detached in almost my entire living room/hallway. Everything feels old and outdated except the counters. Guess what that means? Bugs!! I used electrical tape to cover the gaps to eliminate the infestation, and for the price this is straight up offensive. Flooring. The hardwood has the quality of abandoned 90s wood thrown out the back of a factory. The "carpet"? Might as well be hardwood too because its not comfortable, warm, or soft. All in all, I severely regret living here. I'm financially worse off with no distinct luxuries to have backed it up, and the next apartment I am moving into is the -exact opposite- of this place in every single way. Especially Marlen! now before I say anything further- no, I'm not being paid or incentivize in any way to leave this review. I just really appreciate her sincere devotion to customer/tenant service and improving the quality of our lives each day. Anytime I need anything, she is on top of it! Amazon misplaces my package? I reached out to Marlen and she responds and gets it resolved right away. Elevator broken? (which has happened a few times now), Marlen calls the service team and they repair it within a day or so. Neighbor's nasty dogs leaving crappy stains all over the carpet in the shared community hallways? I send Marlen a picture and she gets the carpet cleaning team out the very next day. The list goes on! This place is a bit pricey, but I can 100% say that it has been worth every penny that I've spent here. and I would know, I have moved once or more a year since I was a child, and this is the first time that I would actually WANT to stay somewhere more than a year! The views are spectacular, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are the icing on the cake! Also, don't let some of these other reviews sway you. I moved into the canyon vista community today under very difficult personal circumstances. Jeslet Sotelo, was the leasing agent who helped me. She went WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND--truly. She was incredibly overbooked, due to a clerical error with her scheduling software, but still took the time to ensure my move-in process was smooth, efficient, and as stress-free as possible. I recently went through a life-altering event and needed a place to start fresh ASAP. Jeslet was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also empathetic and kind--something I CANT articulate in words how desperately I needed. Thanks to her, I was able to move in today and am now able to put in the work on my next chapter. She deserves recognition (and honestly, a raise). Thank you, Jeslet, for turning a tough day into a hopeful one. I only hope one day I can repay you with an outing to Rodizio, or at the very least a heart felt thank you the next time I pass by the leasing offices.
