If you're looking for an apartment in Draper with a great maintenance team and management team, this is your place. I have lived at many apartment complexes in and out of Utah, the management and maintenance team are by far the best I have experienced here. Maintenance is on top of things, from keeping common areas and pool spotless to responding to maintenance requests right away no matter what it is. The two man team goes the extra mile. The max I ever had to wait for anything was 24 hours and that's because it was out of their hands. The manager, Sam, and the team he overlooks are amazing as well. He is accommodating, reasonable and flexible, and always available to help. The rest of the office staff are friendly and professional and always responsive and accommodating. None of the management team and staff has hesitated to go above and beyond when needed. And contrary to one of the reviews, I was never asked to write a review. If I had the choice not to move out, I wouldn't. read more

I am a 100% disable combat veteran, I live in bldg D third floor. Access is difficult here because not only is there only one elevator in the bldg it is constantly broke. Handicap parking is limited and access to get groceries in requires a cart. there is only one handicap parking stall and it is reserved! read more

Parc West is a great place to live! We have easy access to Bangeter highway and the I-15. Great, strong construction, we haven't ever heard neighbors through the walls. Staff is super nice and always willing to help us out! Work orders are always solved in like 10minutes which is AMAZING! Amenities are clean, convenient and nice. We have a tech apartment and can control the locks, lights and Central air from our cell phones! Love it here! read more

I moved to Draper for my new job and was very quickly pulled to these apartments, and not only did the two ladies and gentleman at the front help me, they did so expeditiously, allowing me more time to prepare the apartment for my wife and daughter to get here. I've had a few questions with the apartment and they always answered or attempted to answer my questions to the best of their ability which shows the dedication put forth to helping me. I guarantee you'll love these apartments, they're very new and smart homes also, you can turn your light on and off from your phone, as well as lock your door and set your AC/Heater. STAY AWAY. A complex is only as a good as their management. Unfortunately they care more about making dirty money in FEES than they care about their customers. This place is in the middle of no where. Sure there's an IKEA and a McDonalds close but THATS IT. You've got to get on the highway for everything. And it's not a easy route. You have to get on Bangerter, drive a mile to the next exit, get back on Bangerter going to opposite direction just to get onto the highway. It's also right next to subsidized housing so it's a unique community to say the least. read more

Run away. This place is a scam. Took $400 deposit for my dog (non-shedding, house trained) then charged me $95 IN ADDITION to $80 carpet cleaning fee to do a special "pet cleaning" on the carpet. So $175 for a tiny bedroom and tiny closet space. I cleaned my place throughly because I'd been given a dirty apartment and didn't want someone else walking into that. I was told my place was the cleanest they've ever seen. 2 stars is generous for this place because it has gone down hill fast and seems to be one of the lower priority properties in Wasatch's apartment portfolio. The 2 stars I'm giving are for the maintenance workers- Mark and Brandon (who are AMAZING) and always go above and beyond to help tenants out. They are the only reason most of my friends that live at Parc West like it. One of my other friends is moving too because of how far and fast Parc West has fallen. The office staff is unfriendly, incompetent and run by a property manager, Sam, who is completely lacking in professionalism or social skills. Apparently he has the job due to his connections, which makes sense now that I've learned this. And this is the opinion of other tenants I've spoken with who are unhappy with how unprofessional the office staff is. Both times I've talked to Sam he's been rude with him hanging up the phone without acknowledging my thanks or even saying goodbye when I called with a question the last time. I had a walk around scheduled for 5:30 p.m. close to 60 days before I vacated, as is their procedure. I cancelled plans and cut short a hang out with a friend because I wanted to be in the apartment if someone was walking through it. 25 minutes AFTER the appointment was supposed to start, NO ONE had shown up or even bothered to give me a call to let me know they'd be running late. I called the office and the person who picked up had no clue what was happening. She had to ask Roxann (who was supposed to be doing the walk around) and then casually came back to the phone to tell me Roxann was helping someone else so was running late. I mentioned that I'd cancelled plans to be here and just needed someone to let me know if they were running late. There was NO apology or an explanation given as to why no one had had the decency to let me know they'd be running almost a half hour late!! At almost 30 minutes after the original appointment Roxann turned up with a quick "sorry" and that she was helping someone else and that was it. I mentioned to her that this was unprofessional and that if she was busy with someone else, which I totally understand, that another person in the office should've called to let me know they were running this late. She looked at me coldly and went "I understand!!!" I'm in disbelief that the office went from professional people like Jason to this circus. Additionally, DO NOT move here if you're hoping to be getting sleep and rest at the high rent prices you'd be paying. The construction is super noisy (see video) at 7 a.m., dust everywhere, cars of construction crew parked almost up to the entrance creating a hazard for people trying to exit the property via that entrance/exit. I have constantly been woken to banging and other loud noise and couldn't use my balcony because of the amount of dust that collected daily. I had been promised that my windows would be washed due to this construction but nothing was done about it. There are new tenants that run a garage out of the enclosed parking, so there are other cars here all the time. Additionally, some of the same tenants seem to think they own the entire property, screaming to each other from their cars to people on the balconies. There is poop all over the property that has not been picked up and in my opinion, this place is no longer worth living at. I'm glad I moved. It's a shame this is what it's come to with this apartment complex because I used to LOVE living here up until the staff changed and no attention was given to the people being allowed to move in. read more

Only live here if you like to drive 15 min anytime you want to go shopping, eat food, etc. If you enjoy the train waking you up every few hours, you'll love it here. The pool is tiny, so make sure you get your laps in early in the morning before 8am--just be sure to wear a wet suit. Make sure you follow the boss's orders here, they love making that DIRTY MONEY on fees, especially if you're under a corporate lease. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. The only reason they have a decent amount of stars on here is because they entice tenants to write good reviews in exchange for entering raffles. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, The people were coerced into doing them. Make sure you buy plenty of cleaning supplies because you more than likely will not be moving into a clean apartment. But don't worry, when you move out you will be bled dry in their "cleaning fee's". We have clear proof of dated photos from the day we moved in of showing no signs of being cleaned. I've never met a more incompetent office staff. Not to mention extremely unprofessional and impersonal. Sam, the manager has no business having this job. He has it due to family connections which is clearly ill advised considering he doesn't have a clue of how to run a complex. Parc West went downhill very quickly when he was put in change about a year ago. Just a very unpleasant human being. He does not hold eye contact while taking to tenants, he deflects questions and talks in circles around you and your concerns. Roxy, another employee is also a terrible asset. An example off of the top of my head was her accusing me of having chewed baseboards when I moved out. Which I did not, and disputed it with her until she admitted she was referring to the wrong apartment. If you're going to try to fine someone for something in their apartment make sure you are correct. When we brought up our apartment being uncleaned and having photos of proof, she dismissed the concerns by changing the subject. I swear you would think their staff meetings train them on how to deflect any kind of question or concern. Mark the maintenance guy is excluded from the awful employee group. He is FANTASTIC. Super friendly and attentive. I am so excited to have moved away. Want my advice? Head over to any other apartment instead of Parc West.. read more

It is rather sad that there have only been one or two reviews of this spot. I've lived here since December and I haven't had one issue with the management or the property. Come on, Utah, step up your review game! This place is straight up bad a$$. I'm a super-high maintenance individual and the management staff has gone above and beyond to make my transition from out of state feel like home. I relocated with a fairly rambunctious dog and the staff has been amazing at easing his anxiety and made him feel thoroughly at peace in his new-found quarters. The gym is always spot on (and super clean) and the pool is surprisingly not that busy (hopefully that will change because we need some major rager events to create a sense of community). Bottom line: The community is chill and diverse. Everyone is super friendly and down to have a chat. They are on point with keeping up with the maintenance and grounds. It's the closest place you will find that exemplifies the concept of "luxury apartments" in Utah. All of the other spots are super ghetto and a waste of time. My two cents... Oh... and my view is super-bomb. Major props to Gracia, Lexus and Erin for handling any/all of my random bitch-fests. read more

Due to a previous far commute to work, my fiance and I decided to take a look at Parc West. Initially I wasn't completely sure about making this place our new home UNTIL we came in and had a look at the place. What mostly sold me was the wonderful customer service- Gracia takes the Cake and is one of the big reasons I was comfortable with moving here. She was super helpful throughout the whole process and also maintained a great attitude and was super sweet. Go Gracia! As far as the floor plans and amenities go- you won't be disappointed in one thing at Parc West. Their apartments are well put together and high-end, while still giving off a cozy 'at home' feeling. The floor plans are efficient and there is little room going to waste. The high ceilings and large windows make it feel a much more open than your regular style buildings. We absolutely love every bit about it! Too add onto the fun they have Dwelo input in every apartment, allowing you to have your very own mini smart home. The gym is 24 hours and large with all the equipment you would need to start off. Gracia mentioned they have recently ordered a stair master and I cannot wait for that guy to come in. The pool and hot tub area is nice and I've yet to see anyone in it. Their clubhouse is also up to par as you can imagine, and their is a large area located on the top of the main building for grilling! (Also a notified plus, you can have things on your patio-as long as it's not cluttered of course. TLDR; Parc West is a great place to be at! read more

I'm not one to typically review things; but Gracia at Parc West deserves some major props! I work in one of the office buildings across from Parc West. After a few months of watching the construction thinking it was a hotel- I saw the sign go up that it was an apartment! I was instantly interested and shot the number on the sign a call. I called and spoke to Gracia who sold me over the phone. I thought it was too good to be true! I sent her a long list of things my girlfriend and I wanted in our new possible home. -Huge Walk-In Closet -High End Finishes -24 Hour Gym -Garage Availability -"Hard" Floors in common areas (AKA Not Carpet) to just name a few.... Turns out they had more than we wanted! Gracia has been incredibly responsive with ALL (I've emailed her 20+ times) of our questions via email & or phone over the past two months while we awaited the building to be completed. She even took us on TWO tours at different times to show the progress of our unit being finished. Let's just say we were impressed to say the least! We even referred two of our co-workers and close friends. They're moving in within the upcoming months! We've finally signed our lease as of Saturday and we're excited to move in on the the 1st of November! I'll update this review once we move in with all the details! Update as of the Morning of the 2nd: Other than a few hiccups for a building under construction I'd say the Move-In went pretty well. Gracia was walking around ensuring the few of us that moved in on the 1st day were taken care of. Now to just await all the amenities to be open and we should be set! We've been living here for a little over a month now and we love Parc West Apartments. Apart from being brand new and looking modern, the staff (Gracia, Erin, Lexus, Levi) are hands down amazing! I have lived here for 6 months. LOVE IT. I am so glad I picked this place to call home. It is nice to have an apartment complex that loves my dog as much as I do. The staff know both of us by name and are amazing. The apartments are very large and beautiful. With the new exit onto Bangerter close by it makes it easy to get to I 15 or the west side of the valley. The new pool is awesome and the cabanas are fun when you have friends and family over. Maintence keeps the grounds and pool looking fantastic and are always there to help with anything. The online portal makes paying rent easy and I love that the office communicates by text as well as posts things in the elevators. read more
