Under his expert direction, this facility runs like clockwork; the staff is motivated and focused on the client's welfare, and the clinic is beautifully maintained and upbeat. Programs are individually designed to ensure continued improvement while enjoying the process. I feel stronger week by week after my PT appointments. What used to be my daily struggles are turning into daily wins. With the encouragement I receive courtesy of Joe Rasor and his staff, I have enhanced energy and mobility, plus I am inspired to move more and do more every day. Moore Physical Therapy is, without reservation, the finest PT clinic in the Valley. Mary M

I paid cash for my visit, and I need an itemized statement to give to my healthcare organization to get refunded for my payment. I have called for 6 weeks, and when I finally did get my itemized statement, it was wrong, and I had to do it all over. I kept being told they were behind and they would get it to me when the doctor entered his notes and billing was done. I tried to get the number for the "billing department", but I'm not sure there even is one. I am so very frustrated that even though the doctor was good, I would not recommend this practice due to the office staff.

I am 53 years old,, but super active this frozen shoulder was not working out for me. Let's just say. turning the key for my mailbox or trying to get dressed, reaching in the back eat of my purely simple little tasks along with others. I myself I wasn't going to except this! Luckily I found Dr. Sellers I went in for the Hydro dilatation , it was pretty painless. The only thing I really felt was like a pinch that's when he was putting in the numbing agent then he went to put in the saline to expand my shoulder capsule. I could feel pressure, but it did not hurt with physical therapy and this procedure I now have I would say 87% of my motion and no hurt, I just went in for a second procedure with Dr. Sellers fingers crossed 100% recovery

You can make appointments online or calling. We called in to get my son checked. He twisted his back playing 7v7 football. They got him in the same day and checked him out and came up with a plan. It only took about 15-20 mins. They have about 4-5 people working. The therapists are very friendly and communicate well. We greatly appreciate their time and knowledge. Strong recommendation.

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.
