His four man crew was there early the next morning with a tree boom and chipper and took care of not only the fallen limb, but took out the dead wood from the tree and parts overhanging the roof. While they were here, I asked them to take the overhanging limbs on the roof from a large tree in front which they did. The whole job was completed and completely cleaned up by 12:30 PM! They took down the tree quickly using their bucket truck, cut up the trunk into firewood for me, and mulched all the branches with their shredder. They also ground up 4 stumps for me, taking care to not damage any sprinkler lines, and moving lava rock gravel out of the way so it wouldn't get thrown all over the place. His guys then tidied up the area, making it all look cleaner than when they arrived. They also took extra care when they found a bird nest in the tree being removed, making sure to let me know about some bird eggs that were in there. I absolutely recommend these guys, and will go to them whenever I need any more services in the future.

They do a lot of advertising so I guess that's where a lot of it goes. Also there's extra cost of having a person just for giving estimates. Downsides could be details not conveyed to the crew or having to explain it again. On the plus side, they were available fairly quickly. Or is that a bad thing? I guess if you have an emergency and need tree work done right away and money is not a priority, give them a call. But if you have time, always get multiple quotes and check their insurance and licenses, don't just trust their word.

Joey has a "can do" attitude and understands that big changes can bring some uncertainty as to what would look best. The grass in my front yard was dead, so I decided to xeriscape it. I am getting older, so mowing has become a struggle since both the front and back yard are huge. I changed my mind a couple of times, and he took it in stride. He understood that this was a big decision. I was pleasantly surprised with the quote for the job as I had looked at others that were more expensive. It was well within my budget, and less expensive than I expected. They got the job done in a timely manner, and his employees were just as friendly, respectful, and professional as Joey is. We moved the boulders around some until I got the look I was looking for, and his guys did it with a smile on their face. They are also working on a sprinkling system and installing SOD and garden bed with concrete edging. They started this project in late 2022 around Oct/Nov so couldn't quite finish the entire project due to weather but did get the concrete and fence done with very quick turn around. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. Happily, I left the worry to Arbor Services and not only did they trim my tree, but also found the pesky insects nest and disposed of it, drilled 50 holes in my ground to add needed supplements, and even called the city to add some insight on how to cut the tree in the future since it's near some power lines. They did all of this and for that amount of work, I was thinking they would say a cost that would make even Scrooge's mouth water, but it ended up being fair and was a great value! I am definitely hoping to work with them again in the future! They are neighborly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely recommend them!

Aaron at Arbor Services was by far the most knowledgeable person we spoke with. He let us know what we were dealing with, what the city needed to take care of and what he could do for us. He got us scheduled right away and our trees look great. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He even told us about his time working with the city and trimming the Sycamores along the side of our house. He really understand trees and how to best care for and maintain them. They came to cut down a VERY large Evergreen pine tree--72 years old and about 100 ft tall. They worked with the power company because our electrical connection to the power lines prohibited chopping it down easily. When the power company missed appointments set to address the issue, it threw a monkey wrench into their ability to take care of us as they wanted. But they weren't thwarted. Though it took a more circuitous route, they effectively took huge branches off, then felled the main trunk. Finally, they cleaned up all the leavings. They were excellent at what they did. They exhibited creativity in crafting solutions for such a daunting problem in a small space. They were very respectful in all their communication. We would highly recommend this team.
