Long story short, dr Ramundo has done everything humanely possible to help me manage and live my best life possible with the use of certain procedures as well as installing a spinal cord stimulator. Right at the first visit, I was certain that Dr. Spiaggia is trustworthy and that I am in safe hands. When all other doctors disregarded an MRI, he was the first person to prescribe it and then provided a bang on target, spot-on review of my condition. This man has his profession inside his blood cells, what a knowledgeable professional he is! This was when I believed that someone actually understood my problem and also what to do to make it better. I suffered from disabling cluster headache on the left side and wasted a year meeting neurologists. They are so pathetically incompetent and do not view the problem from a holistic perspective. They would only write medication after medication. Dr. Spiaggia's diagnosis that the pain was coming from the neck, totally changed the way I thought about the pain. After years of progressive degeneration of the neck resulting from sitting in front of the screen, I came to a conclusion that I had cervicogenic pain. The exercises recommended by the physical therapists helped to drastically bring down the duration of my cluster headache. The PT aides repeatedly ensured that my exercise form was correct and that all the exercises were completed by me. Thanks to Dr. Kevin Tabije for performing the trigger point injections. Their Chiropractic was below expectations and it could have been more efficient. Yet, it can be overlooked for the other things. Each time he insisted that I consider having a procedure done. I've had several injections and therapy in the past and it doesn't help with my chronic pain among other spinal issues. I take a very small dose of pain medication and have been for many years now. I guess once he realized that I was not interested in having a procedure done, he told me to find another doctor. He said he was not a pill mill. The last time I went to see him, he was very rude and angry as to why I was there. He told me this was the last time he would be filling my prescription. Which was unprofessional. I'm a sick patient who's tried several different procedures throughout the years. You can't force a patient to get something done if they don't want too. I was offended when he said he wasn't a pill mill. The patients who abuse their pain medication make it hard for those patients who actually need it. I'm one of those who needs it. I don't appreciate that comment nor was it necessary. On top of that, the office told me that he was an in network doctor with my insurance when in fact he was not. I began to receive bills and emails for payment of services. I would think twice about going here. He's not about helping his patients.

Dr. Tran helped to diagnose a blood clotting disorder and took me of my birth control of three and a half years. My old obgyn never even bothered to check. She also helped to address my concerns over my cycle, and is always giving advice on how to stay the healthiest, and what to do if I want to prepare for pregnancy. Dr. Hoppe is one of the most dedicated and compassionate physicians I've ever met. His focus is always on helping people. I was sick and needed asthma medication once during that winter everyone had omicron, and left a message in the portal to make an appointment on January 2nd, and they were closed for break. When they reopened on the 3rd, I had an appointment for 7:30pm. When I spoke to him I said "I am surprised you were able to take me. I thought you guys closed at 7." He said "We do, but there are a lot of sick people right now." After 5 YEARS of trying to find a doctor who would take my symptoms seriously, Dr. Hoppe referred me to the gastro who determined my gallbladder had been working at 21%. After FIVE YEARS of pain, constant nausea, and more, I am FINALLY comfortable. I could cry. Everyone I send their way, which is about five people at this point, loves them.
