Once the aide came to our room, she said absolutely nothing to any of us and waited for us to pick up my grandmother and her IV stand by ourselves then left the room without any help being provided. If it wasn't for our nurse and our own ability to stay around the clock to provide my elderly grandma assistance, she would not have received even close to adequate care. I am very disappointed with the staff's behavior and would not recommend that anyone allow their families to receive care from these people.

I will add, when I left, it had started to get dark and there was a parking lot security officer who made sure I even got to my car safely.
