We didn't feel it was right to pay an additional $1,000 for that and other items addressed in the estimate. As for changing the scope of the project, the recommended paint did not perform as described by Intown. We could not see our way clear to pay an additional $1,400 on a $14,000 job. We used to be one of those 1,400 satisfied customers. Sorry we could not work this out.

He assured me a member of the team would arrive soon with an estimate and even invited me to call him personally if I didn't hear from the team soon. There was no need, I received an email and a call later that day. Russ showed up the next day and provided an estimate for the project. While I had him there, I showed him some other issues with the house that had been on my "to-fix list" and he provided an estimate for those projects as well. The cost was exactly what I expected, and I gave him the go ahead to schedule workers ASAP. They came within a few days, even though it was all happening around the Thanksgiving holiday. Jose and another roofer (sorry, I didn't catch his name) showed up early for the appointment but waited out front until the appointed time. They were courteous, kind (even to my very excited dog), and had the problem fixed in no time. They even installed additional flashing to the second skylight (which hadn't yet started leaking) just as a precaution, free of charge. The office staff were just as kind and professional as the roofers. I worked with Deb Burris who helped me with billing and scheduling. The interface for billing was simple, the contracts and estimates were clear and easy to understand, and she was very knowledgeable and responsive over texts, emails and calls. I will certainly be calling them again soon for those other household projects. I recommend using them if you have any home improvement or repair needs.

The owner once told me that I would be in court so fast if i left a bad review so just know off the bat, these are the kind of people you will be dealing with. The owner also baselessly called me racist because I am trying to get the mold problem he created fixed. And pay attention to the "reviews" they have on here, somehow they appear all at once from people with no prior reviews. Hiring them is the biggest regret of my life. Remodel group has caused so much damage to my home, they have flooded my house, not once, not twice, not three times, but four times. they have never kept a schedule they have given me and the owners are some of the least responsive and unprofessional people i have ever met. We are now almost two years into a project they thought would take 6 months. Their contract stated they would leave the site clean everyday, they have cleaned it maybe twice in the past year. They left nails in my neighbors driveway and broke my other neighbors mailbox and it took months for them to make it right. They had a habit of leaving human waste in my toilet and not flushing it. they built a floor through a window and left a chimney to nowhere on the side of my house and then said "only your neighbor will see it". The plans called for an request for information if design conflicted and they never once did that and did not even know what an RFI is. They lie on their invoices and double charged me for things and cannot explain simple receipts. They tried charging me $2600 to hang two doors so you have to watch every single invoice they send or you will lose so much money. They had me paying receipts that werent even mine and charged me multiple times for things I had already paid for. Hiring them has truly been the biggest regret of my life. They are still fixing their mistakes and cannot give me an end date. The owners refuse to meet me at my home and have seemingly checked out and the subs do not know what is happening. They put the inside of my home on their instagram account and i asked them to remove it and they refused and then they blocked me.
