I regularly see my primary care provider, Victoria Udongwo APRN, at this location on the 4th floor…read more I have never received care from a large hospital system such as UF Health until about one year ago and I have to admit it made me quite nervous. You always worry about getting "lost in the sauce" with all the other patients and providers but I have had the exact opposite experience with my care team here. All of the staff here are caring, attentive and always looking out for their patients. Ms. Udongwo is a very no-nonsense type of provider and I would even call her strict. I appreciate her straightforwardness and her ability to explain things very clearly. She always gives it to me like it is and doesn't want to hear any nonsense...... reminds me a lot of my mom. LOL. Her bedside manner is great and she is the definition of professional. The best thing about Ms. Udongwo (and from what I hear, most providers with UF health) is that she's extremely responsive to my needs and questions when I have them. I can use the MyChart app on my iPhone to schedule my own appointments as well as message back and forth DIRECTLY WITH HER about my prescriptions, new health issues and test result questions. Long gone are the days where you play phone tag with the doctors office and pray you actually get an answer back within an appropriate time. Any time I have to send a message she is back to me within 24 hours and most of the time within just a couple of hours. Overall I have been very satisfied with the level of care I receive here. If you are in need of a primary care provider I highly recommend checking out UF Health's family medicine department in the ACC building, specially Victoria Udongwo APRN. They are almost always accepting new patients.

Woke up to my dog puking and pooping blood all over the house, and an emergency vet appointment was needed. There was no way I could make a 9am appointment and called to reschedule. Was told that I would be charged $50 for not giving 24 hours' notice. I hadn't even had the appointment for 24 hours, so that is a ridiculous statement. They said I am being charged because I canceled another appointment in 2022....2 years ago. I really enjoyed Dr. Porter, but not this practice. I understand that people are flaky and don't show up for appointments. However, there is also something called common courtesy for those of us who are legitimately dealing with a crisis. I've got a $250 vet bill from yesterday and now another bill for nothing. Update: I received a phone call that the fee was being waived, and the woman even asked how my dog was. Someone also responded to my review, saying they would waive the fee. However, I have now received a 2nd bill for a "no show fee" of $50. And the kicker is there isn't even a phone number for me to contact someone. It is literally 000-000-0000. WOW!

Locations are great, love that they are all women, the office is beautifully designed and relaxing, and I've had really no issues at every single appointment since I've been going here! I will say they need to have more diaper changing stations for a center for women and babies. The San Marco location doesn't have a changing table and that just blows my mind haha! Thanks team for all you do!

They have the correct record pulled up but always say the wrong name. They don't mispronounce the name. They literally call for one of my children who isn't there. That makes me wonder how much attention to detail they are paying. The last thing is the girl at the check-in desk drives me nuts. She is incapable of just saying hello and checking you in. She ALWAYS HAS SOMETHING TO SAY. Every time she says something it's stupid and offensive. The fist time I brought my 6 day old baby in her 1st dr visit. The girl told me I looked like I needed a nap. I just gave birth to a whole human less than a week ago!! I think it's ok to look tired. But it doesn't give her the right to insult me. What a disrespectful thing to say to someone who just had a baby. All she needed to say to me was congratulations. Nothing more. There was also the 2 week visit that my husband attended without me. Our other child had an appointment at a similar time. We decided to divide and conquer ! We decided it was better for me to attend the appointment for the older child because I had attend the previous 3 appointments where my husband had attended none. When I showed up to the 3 week check up for the newborn baby. This girl made it a point to tell me that I wasn't at the appointment the week before. My husband is more than capable of bringing our children to Doctor's appointments without me.I don't have to be at everything. We have 4 other children who need attention as well. That's why there are 2 parents. It takes two!
