A new discovery near place Bell and Montmorency subway station. Underground parking that is free…read more(up to 3 hours). Bring the ticket and validated it at the entrance when you go. The place as 2 terrace, one in the front and one in the back. It is bigger then it seems.. It has a nice bar at the front. The place is a bar and grill, you could compare that to a baton rouge or Houston. The price tag is similar. We started with the sweet chili chicken. It's chicken bite with wonton, cucumber, like and a sweet chili sauce. The chicken was perfectly tender bite size. Everything was properly wrapped in the sauce. It was very good. Some people could find this too spicy, specially if you're not a spicy eater. I took the full ribs which came with coleslaw and Cajun fries. There is multiple combo available with chicken breast, salmon, shrimp and more. You can also select between whisky bbq sauce or mango jalapeno. I tried with the whisky bbq sauce. The ribs where so tender it was hard to pick them because they just fall off the bones! Only thing I would do is add more sauce, simply because I'm someone who love lots of sauce. But it was very good. The Cajun fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I'm not a coleslaw person but my girlfriend said it was good, a real coleslaw salad. My girlfriend took the steak sandwich, which is steaks cooked to your desire in a long bun like a sub. She was beyond impress. She said she haven't eaten something this good in a long time. She was in trance while eating it. She said the sauce is just too good, with the mushrooms and onion. She took it with a ceasar salad and she also said it was very good. They have specials everyday, both at the bar and in the menu. Like on Mondays, 4 drink (either beer or bellina) with choice of 2 entrée in the list for 40$ (I guess it's 40$/person, wasn't specified). There's multiple option for vegan and gluten free. There's icon to indicate both and you can sometime switch around option for them. One thing for sure, I'm coming back to try other stuff. The dual Mac N cheese a lunch look just too good.

This restaurant is the second of its kind, located in the Laval Bell Centre. Spread over 2 floors,…read moreit boasts a massive 33 foot screen perfect for enjoying sports games and lots of comfy banquets and tables for groups. The first location opened downtown earlier this year, also in the Bell Centre but it is a larger variant with 3 floors and an even bigger screen. The tavern is the perfect sports bar for hab's fans that want to enjoy more refined food in an upscale setting. The food features all your classics like wings, burgers, steaks and poutine, but with certain twists like foie gras, truffle oil and oyster appetizers. The happy hour deals monday to friday are good, there are discounted beverages and 1$ oysters. If you dine after 10pm, there is also a selection of dishes for 10$. The food is delicious, however a bit on the pricy side as to be expected. Also to make it even more expensive, there is no free parking for clients. You have to park in the Bell Center, during event nights it's 12$, otherwise you take a chance by parking across the street in the stores' lots. Paying for parking is kind of a deal breaker for me, I'm suprised they didn't have some arrangement for clients - as there is a gym in the same building that offers parking passes. Great place to come experience the beautiful decor and massive screen if you want to be wowed, however I can't picture this as a regular dining spot due to parking issues and expensive food.

The location is very pretty and roomy with huge TV screens to watch sport events. Food is decent. Ordered the Fish and Chips. Not a generous portion but quite edible. I wouldn't recommend it if it's your first experience. Tiny sauce to come with it (what's up with this new trend everywhere? Give me SAUCE!). Fries were decent. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Due to a family friendly event, lots of kids were here, so consider that for what it's worth. Price-tag is a little high given what I'm eating but I would assume folks are here given to circumstance (aka attending events). Parking is free as long and you use the Place Bell one "only for the dining experience"? Kind-of pointless. Overall, it's a decent food experience but not something I'd go out of my way to re-experience.
