The massive selection of wine and drinks is not only impressive- it's important to know they have work so hard on curating every aspect of this place. Only using art created by local artists that is for sale and will change every 6-8 weeks! So if you see it... you know you want it- get it before someone else snatches it up for themselves!!! My only complaint is there weren't really any options for a sweet wine. Unfortunately for us sweet wine drinkers I know sometimes that's hard to find at wine bars as there are plenty more options for those who like less sweet. There's a bartender named Yan who used to run this challenge where he'd make you a cocktail and only charge you if you liked it, he was really good at what he does. I'd say it's lime-forward with a strong pomegranate presence, and the gin completely disappears into it. Super refreshing and really easy to slam. Highly recommend this one. The Day Disco: a mezcal cocktail with a chili rim that brings real smokiness and heat. It's got a little sweetness to balance it out, but the mezcal is definitely there. I've never loved mezcal so this is just "pretty good". Monkey Drive shot: It smells and tastes artificial, like heavy fake banana, almost chemical. Not their strong suit. On the food side, I can definitely recommendthe Machada empanada for $6. Beefy, cheesy, and one of the best bar snacks they have supposedly. All the windows are wonderful but also make it so so cold in there you need to dress warm or you won't last long. There is a fire place in the center but it doesn't emit any heat unless you touch it. This is a great place to work at, catch up with a friend, or digest a drink. I think the drink service starts at 3 but the room is available way before that. It's off the left of the lobby and will have people working in it during the day.
