The Bar Terraço de Santa Luzia is a great place to grab a snack or refreshments in the Alfama neighborhood of Lisbon. After a brisk climb past the Miradouro Santa Luzia, order what you like at the kiosk setup. Sit down at one of the outdoor café tables and just soak it all in. It really is all about the view here. Beyond the fence, from this overlook, you can see the Tagus River. To the left, the hills of Alfama are sloping to the water covered with multiple churches and medieval streets. Behind you is a turning street where trams occasionally roll by.
