The crew cleaned up after the work was completed so that there was no dust or wood chips on our roof (and our neighbor's roof since they had to access the neighbor's property to fully take down the tree). Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. An online request was met with a same day call back and I was on the books for the following week. We had a certified arborist (Taylor Hunt) come out to do the evaluation vs. a sales guy (who knows everything) and the initial consult was free! Our arborist was professional and to the point. Did a quick walkthrough and focused on answering all my questions. He was knowledgeable and his action plan seemed the most sound and it didn't come across as he was trying to add different treatment plans to make some more $$. Overall Davey worked out to be the cheapest. It took a bit to get scheduled for the actual service (tree fungicide application): you have to approve the estimate through the arborist and then the office will call you back to schedule. Had I not called, I would have just been waiting and wondering. Anyways, got the first fungicide application done, which was seamless. Their portal is easy to navigate and make payments etc. I would highly recommend them!
