He actually asked us if we wanted to stop at a drive through to get something for my child. But the most outstanding experience happened today. Our flight from Boston to EWR was delayed to the point that we would not be able to make our international connection. They let us connect our own phones for music on the way to the destination, which was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves!
