We emailed Matt all the info for our return flight. We asked him to contact us if he had any questions. We never heard back with any questions. They never showed up. We were left stranded at the airport at midnight. Both myself and my husband called him and he said he had no return flight info. I emailed him the whole email chain that gave our return flight info that asked him to contact us if he had any questions. He emailed me several times. This was at midnight. I'm trying to figure out how we were going to get home and he is going back and forth emailing me. At one point he said I don't know what to say. What he should have said is I'm sorry there must have been a misunderstanding and I will refund you the cost of your trip to the airport. Instead he decided to email me telling me I didn't send him the itinerary for the return trip. My last email to Matt was this back and forth was ridiculous and unprofessional. We ended up taking an Uber home and the cost was half of what MRC was going to charge. I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional as MRC. Take an Uber our driver was great 5 star service. Live and learn Matt From MRC read my review. He sent me this response. Need I say anymore? You're going to give me a bad review on yelp but yet you can't get any of the return flight right. And one more email from him By the way I'm not refunding ANY of your money. Learn how to read your email on September 11 asking for you to send me your flight itinerary. Is this someone you would want to do business with? We did give him the return flight information. The flight number there. Anyone especially someone running a limo company can get all the information they need from that. If you required more information you never asked or tell us the pick up wasn't going to happen

It's been almost a year and we have become repeat customers. Great proactive drivers, awesome booking experience- I prefer to book through here and get everything confirmed super fast be it a last minute request or a one month away. Simple as it can be, never had to stand an hour long interrogation or fill up a 10 page form. I would like to keep this information for myself but even more so I want this guys to stay in business and prosper;)

Vehicles were spacious and comfortable (for six of us with luggage), both drivers were professional, courteous and helpful (hell they had no problem waiting for us as we got stuck waiting for our luggage at Logan for an extra hour). Al from Chill Out is AMAZING! His level of service is truly above-and-beyond, particularly as he drove us to a busy part of Massachusetts from the Boston airport and was always calm and collected. Al's vehicle was spotless, very clean and he is a great driver. He knew his way around very well and wasn't stressed by Boston and greater Boston area traffic. He was a pleasure to talk to and get to know (though I think he would have respected our boundaries to not talk if we were tired). We seriously thought about doing Uber where you can schedule in advance for a large vehicle but saw horrible reviews about drivers cancelling last minute, especially if they find out it's for a wedding. A Plus was a great deal and had good customer service. Very responsive via email and phone. We received a 24-hour confirmation email, and a 6 hour confirmation email that included the driver's contact info (name, cell, photo, etc). Very helpful although we didn't need it because the driver was on time, and nice. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. It could seat 6 (7 including driver) but we only needed 4 seats.

They promised us a 4:30 arrival and Stanley texted at 4:00 stating he was arriving at 4:15. He was there at the exact minute he promised. We had the Mercedes Sprinter van. Originally, we had the stretch Limousine, but due to a mechanical issue, it was unavailable, so Patriot upgraded us to the Sprinter which is a larger vehicle and an incredibly comfortable ride. Most importantly, they upgraded us at zero additional cost. Inside the Sprinter was new and immaculate. We synched the stereo easily to my phone via BlueTooth and played our music the entire ride. When it came time to leave our event, I texted Stanley when we wanted to be picked up and he was there exactly on time. After the precision pickup, I never had any concerns.
