I bought insurance through Cristina a couple of years ago. At the time, she was able to provide a good quote. However, when it came time to modify the policy, it was nearly impossible to reach her or get any response from the company. I tried contacting both her and the company multiple times--if you're lucky, you might get a response, but then it's back to radio silence. What started out as a good experience where we were able to find a competitive rate for our insurance spiralled into being totally ghosted by Cristina when it came time for renewal and our rates were jacked up. And one can understand that life happens but no response via email, phone or their AI assistant follow up request was absolutely terrible. And by the way, during all of this, we actually had recommended her to our friends who bought a home and they did receive a response from her. So all in all, if you are a new customer, they probably make more than for renewal. And thus, this experience which included being completely ghosted has put me off from ever doing business with or recommending Gleetopia. I am even trying to see if I can get another insurance agent in case I need to renew my policy but would not want this company to make money off me. read more

This is a review based on a phone call to receive a new quote. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reach a live person when you call their number. A phone robot answers, gets you to respond to a series of questions to then finally reach get another robot to jot down your information. It would have been a much better experience if they just go straight to a voice message machine from the start if they are unavailable. If people want to not speak with a person, they would have gone to the website first. I find it hard to want to go further. I would hate to call in each time and have to go through a series of questions with a robot and never reach a live person. read more
