I used the consult link on the website and stated what I needed but no one ever bothered to respond. I went back to the site to find a contact #. I reached someone and the woman I spoke to during the consultation went as far as to request insurance cards. I sent them over through text. We spoke on the phone for a long while where I told her my traumatic event and my grandkids traumatic event that they experienced. Needless to say it was an emotional consult. I waited months for a follow up and nothing. I texted the 202 number again and inquired about what was going on. You guessed it--no response. What's the point of having g a nicely designed and laid out website where it is filled with non truths and blatant lies. Providers like this should be reported. It's irresponsible especially when dealing with mental health to simply leave people hanging. If your children need therapy for any reason go see Sabra at NextPlace Therapy in Upper Marlboro . She gets back to you same day or the very next day and is honest from day 1. You will be seen within a week.
