It turns out that me and another guy in my class scheduled our driving test on the same day around the same time and on the day of the test, both of us were the only ones that passed our test out of the other teenagers on the course (you can watch other drivers while waiting in line for your turn). Day 2, the team ran on stage and the music blared loudly..."What the "f_" are these "n_'s?" Fill in the blanks. Everyone was shocked and appalled. Again no apologies from the owner. These are just two examples of this disappointing, place.......if you haven't surmised it yet, this place is a ghetto mess. Owner is petty and void of class.

After being told by "Mr. Jose" that he would be 45 minutes late, he called my daughter at the exact time he was supposed to arrive to reschedule the appointment. I asked for the phone, and very respectfully asked why he hadn't just rescheduled earlier as we had been holding up our night awaiting his arrival. At this point he began to yell at me saying "you know what, I will just come and get your daughter. I was going to show her the route they take for the test, but now I'm not." I interrupted his tantrum and explained that he would not be taking my daughter. At this point he hung up on me!! I am appalled that this school, who we entrust our teenagers to, employs such a volatile person with such a quick temper. I would like to say that I revised this review after I received a call from Mr. Cory who apologized for the drivers behavior, and offered to drive my daughter himself in a few days! Having a teen driver take the class and get 50+ hours of driving in is stressful...but once they are ready to get professional in-person driving sessions - it's very disappointing and stressful to find out that you have to wait over a month for a new schedule to be posted and that appointments are booked out for over 2 months. As of 6/2022, the website directs you to contact the company for more info. When I did, I was informed they would post a schedule one month and one day from when I contacted them and all appointments were booked for the next 2 months. They offered to refund $125 of my fee so I could find another driving school - but that will only cover ~ 1/3 of the cost of securing the same service. My recommendation is to find out the wait time for scheduling in-person sessions before you make a cost-based decision. You get what you pay for....

New students get a goldfish bag and t-shirt for free. The tshirt, i use for what my kid changes into after class and the bag if to keep all my kids swim stuff. They have plenty of individual changing rooms so you aren't in a bathroom changing with everyone and their mom. The changing rooms are clean, spacious, has a bench, hooks and a lock. They have individual family bathrooms. They have showers in the pool area to rinse off after class. They have mirrors and hair dryers. They have a spacious waiting area with enough seats. They have cubbies, a fish tank, a play area/book nook/photo booth and coloring pages for kids waiting, and sell swim supplies. The location is always clean, staff super friendly and helpful, and when you call you can reach a person. As far as the classes, the teachers are super great and informative about progress. They give you skill updates after every class. I've seen my kid progress in a month. They are kind and friendly to the kids and I haven't noticed as much turn over as thr other locations. Making up a missed class is made easy in comparison to other locations. My favorite part... they have an app!! Everything about your kids progress, class, the location and even payments is found in the app. It makes it soooo easy. Super user friendly. I'm very happy with this swim school and will definitely keep my kid here.

The class was the perfect timeframe and just the right time and sequence of exercises that kept my daughter engaged and excited. My only reason for removing 1 star is that I felt as if we could have received a little more instruction with the initial interaction. It was our first class and after finishing our lesson, I was instant it was an entire area of showers w/ shower gel, a hair drying station, the machine to dry bathing suits, etc. I was only told there was a section of bathrooms. So that'd be my only recommendation. Provide more instruction... a complete overview of amenities to first timers. Beyond that we had an amazing time and can't wait for our next class!
