While the individuals who work at this office seem to be fairly nice (which is why this is 2 stars…read moreand not 1, as everyone has honestly been very polite verbally), almost everyone I've had to talk with or work with has been some varying level of incompetent. I had to call several times, drive directly to the office, and leave messages to get someone to follow up on an insurance claim. I was without insurance for some time because they assured me it would be processed once I called and, due to my own forgetfulness for not following up or checking after the fact that it was updated, the car wasn't added despite several phone calls, emails, and an in app request. I tried to change my policy and finally had to resort to calling the general customer service line after hours because they messed up the change to my policy and neglected to call me back since they couldn't process my request that day but would "call me back the next business day to confirm it was processed". Overall, I don't even want to use State Farm insurance at this point and will find somewhere else to go through. But if you do have to go use them, try a different office; it's been more than a year of difficulties getting any assistance.
