There's probably one or two people working this location at a time there's a fat slob who only gives attention to girls who works the front desk and has the worst attitude when addressing the issues in this roach infested place! Bathrooms are never clean, roaches everywhere and the smell of must is in every corner. Basketball courts should be their garage since there hasn't been any update or work done in this place. I've reported them to the city many times due to it being a hazard and actually growing mold in this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy only if I'm sending them to their deaths! Please avoid this place like the plague. Also good luck trying to cancel your membership the best i could do is place a stop block to payment since they give you the run around and are money hungry.

My guess is they don't pay people enough and have constant turnover which supports the terrible rapport I've had with any management regarding cleanliness and payment. I gave this gym the benefit of the doubt but they're more financially twisted than any other gym I've been to or worked with. The setting is dark, which is their way of hiding things, broken equipment, pests, uncleanliness. The music is so loud you'll go deaf. Save your time and breathe with these people. Lisette is an awful manager. Talks down to you, condescending, rude. She'll respond on here like things are fine or she's working on it and then ghost you like a 14 year old. Bottom line: unclean and completely unprofessional. It'll sneak up and bite you in the butt. Don't waste your time.

I highly reccomend this Anytime Fitness to anyone who dislikes big box gyms--24 Hour, LA Fitness,…read morePlanet Fitness, etc. It was a breath of fresh air seeing a small tight-knit community, well-kept bathrooms & machines, and management that genuinely cares. You won't find this in any of those gyms I listed above. My membership is currently managed through Fitness Your Way / Active & Fit / Prime. I encountered a ton of issues but Nahal & Rico were both extremely helpful and kind to resolve it quickly. They went as far as to call the company to correct administrative mismatches. They issued me new key fobs and guided me on how to use the app. They often did this outside of normal working hours (sometimes as late as 2 am) out of their own accord. My schedule is quite hectic, but I've never had any issue resolving things over the phone. I've never seen this level of commitment to clients/customers anywhere, period. Although the brand and gym is smaller than what most would expect to want, this place really has everything you need and more. The management here is truly incredible. Again, highly reccomend if you are tired of big box gyms.

What makes this place truly stand out is their personalized fitness consultation with the Evolt 360 body scan, which gave me clear insights into my health and progress. James was awesome--he guided me through the scan results and created a great workout plan with lunges, kettlebells, jumping jacks, and planks. His holistic approach to healing, including spiritual health, is top-notch--he could honestly be a preacher with the depth of his wisdom & the way he speaks life into others. I deeply resonate with his outlook on how to live well & whole. The environment is clean, relaxing, & filled with upbeat music that lifts your mood. Everyone here is kind, professional, & truly deserves special recognition! Definitely a must-visit spot for real healing, growth, & transformation. Thank you so much. God bless! :)

I normally don't write reviews, but after reading the one accusing Cisco and the front desk staff,…read moreI genuinely felt compelled to share what I witnessed because I happened to be at the gym during this entire situation. I've been coming to this EōS for several months now, and one of the reasons I continue coming back is because the staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every time I check in, I'm greeted with a smile, and I've never had a negative experience. That's why the review I just read honestly surprised me. From what I saw, the husband came in with his wife and wanted to bring her in as a guest. The employee at the front desk politely explained that his current membership didn't include guest privileges. There wasn't any attitude or confrontation whatsoever. The employee calmly explained the options, answered the member's questions, and even helped him upgrade his membership right there. Everything seemed completely normal, and the husband didn't appear upset at that point. After they entered the club, I noticed the husband walk back toward the front and then leave the building while his wife continued working out. A short time later, one of the employees politely reminded him that guests have to remain with the primary member and that if he was leaving the building, his guest couldn't stay inside by herself. Again, there was no yelling, no disrespect, and no scene. It was simply an employee enforcing what sounded like a standard guest policy. What the review leaves out is that the staff didn't immediately stop the wife from working out or force her out of the gym. They actually waited several minutes before saying anything else, clearly giving the husband an opportunity to return. Even after waiting, they approached her respectfully and simply asked her to wait in the lobby until her husband came back. She wasn't escorted out of the building, embarrassed in front of everyone, or "kicked out" like the review claims. She was asked to wait in the lobby because the primary member had left. The husband didn't come back for quite a while. When he finally returned, that's when the situation escalated but from what I witnessed, it wasn't because of the employees. He immediately started calling Cisco names, accusing him of being a scammer, and saying he had kicked his wife out, even though that's not what I had just watched happen. Throughout the entire interaction, Cisco remained calm, professional, and continued trying to explain the policy instead of arguing back. I think people sometimes forget that front desk employees don't create company policies they're simply responsible for enforcing them fairly for everyone. If staff start making exceptions for one person, then everyone expects an exception. Whether someone agrees with a policy or not isn't really the employee's fault. I've been a member here long enough to know this staff genuinely cares about the members. They're always respectful, helpful, and willing to answer questions. In my experience, people usually only take the time to leave reviews when they're upset, and sometimes those reviews don't tell the entire story. After witnessing this firsthand, I can honestly say the review blaming Cisco does not accurately reflect what happened. I wasn't planning on ever writing a review, but seeing someone publicly criticize an employee who was simply doing his job the right way didn't sit well with me. Cisco handled the situation professionally from beginning to end, and I hope management recognizes that not everyone who was there saw the incident the way that previous review describes. I believe the other employees name is Kaiya ! Shout out to her as well for her deescalation skills

I downloaded the free one-week pass and, unfortunately, had to leave on a work trip before I could use it. I returned exactly one week later and stopped by, believing I would still be able to use the pass since I had never actually visited an EOS gym before. Instead of working with me or showing any flexibility, the supervisor, Cisco, immediately insisted that I would need to purchase a $40 day pass. When I explained that I had been out of state on business and had never used the guest pass, he claimed the computer showed that I had visited another EOS location. That was impossible, as I was in Mississippi on the date he referenced. What was most disappointing wasn't the pass issue itself--it was the way the situation was handled. There was no attempt to understand the circumstances, verify the information, or find a reasonable solution for a potential new customer. The conversation escalated to the point where Cisco stated that he was "denying me service" rather than trying to resolve what appeared to be a misunderstanding. First impressions matter, and this was a terrible one. A gym that values customer service should be willing to listen, investigate obvious discrepancies, and treat prospective members with respect. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Needless to say, I won't be paying for a membership here, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The whole atmosphere of the place is filled with support and encouragement. The community is so welcoming and amazing. Well, I shouldn't say community I would say family. The coaches and staff at TruFit are awesome and have cultivated a great community. The equipment is great (especially if you're training for HYROX, they have all the stations), the gym is clean and spacious and has an outdoor space which I appreciate so it's never stinky. I love seeing the workouts before class so I know what to expect walking in. And as someone who has zero upper body strength, I appreciate the coaches for being able to help modify the workout to my level when I struggle but also push me to get stronger.
