Appointments are the way to go and Ed KEEPS his appointment times, and really makes his clients feel at home with convo, musica that fits who is in the shop at the time, a libation, and or putting on ESPN, cool movie, or cartoon for the kids. I've been so relaxed, especially when the hot towel goes on for a beard trim that I've almost dozed off. Ed and the other professionals at Sevnth have the skill and patience to service the 209 well. Weird that they require you to download their app to do so, but I did. They had an appointment available and I took it. Got there and several barbers working. Nowhere on the app did it assign you to a barber and they had no greeter or reception desk to check in. After watching several people walk in sit down immediately in a chair and get a cut, I realized that they don't even monitor this app that they require you to download. If you dont know a barber there, dont waste your time, find a new spot. I give negative stars
