He has some sound sensitivity issues and slight hyper active. Steve helped us. I can't tell you how polite he was with us and our son. He listened to everything we were saying about our son's sensitivities and did a amazing job. He even got him used to the hair dryer which is a HUGE step for him. My son received a excellent haircut and amazing service. Walking into the shop you get multiple hello's and every employee had a fantastic attitude. Especially working on a Sunday; who want's to ever do that? They turned on cartoons for the kids there and even have a great area for them while they are waiting for a haircut. He proceeds to say to me- "oh. I know like a lot of people don't like people from that country". To which I say "oh, uh hmm" because I was confused and my brain could not understand why someone who I am giving my business to, would say such a rude comment to me, in front of my son, who is half from this country! What in the actual world?! Why would ANYONE say this to a customer?
