I had previously only frequented barber shops before discovering All Pro Cuts a few years ago. My son has longer hair and wanted to find a salon more suited to his style. On our first visit, the professional ladies at All Pro made my son feel super comfortable. He is a bit shy and didn't know exactly what he wanted but they took the extra time with him and earned a customer for life. Since then, both of my kids and I come here and I am always impressed with their level of service not only with the cut itself but with the way they really care for their clients. It makes me sad to read some of the negative reviews here as I've seen all the staff try so hard to accommodate customers who often walk in without an appointment when the shop is busy or closing and get an attitude when offered an appointment for a different day. In the 3 years I have been coming here, I have never seen any of these stylists lose their cool or professionalism even when dealing with difficult people. Happy customers don't always post reviews which I am guilty of so here is my honest review. If you want a positive experience come give these ladies a visit. You won't be disappointed! Was 7 minutes late which I understand is not ideal, but the woman with red hair (Emily or Miranda I believe was her name) was extremely rude unprofessional. Her condescending attitude is really not ok. Don't speak to anyone like that especially in front of a room full of people. I then called their phone number and was called a "rude bitch." Super unprofessional and embarrassing. I don't even write reviews but felt the need to here. Won't be back and didn't end up booking. It's sad because I used to come here as a child and just came for a cut this past January. I did really like Marisol though. read more

the ladies doing mine and my sister's hair were so rude! we had asked if we could start longer with the cutting and they said "you know what we don't have time for that pick one and stick with that" the haircut looks botchy. rude overall will not go back. read more

asked 4 a wolfcut shag w shorter layers also showed few angles of a reference pic, and Liz knew what i was talking about so she was able to get me the haircut i wanted, also she was fun to talk to and was pretty. Came in on a Wednesday afternoon and the staff was so kind to squeeze me in between other appts. I came in for a shampoo, trim and layers refresher. Lizz was my hair stylist and she was great, very friendly and kept checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable and that she did everything how I liked. I've tried about 6 salons in the area - everything from walk-in "chop shops" to high end-high dollar salons. I've been disappointed by both. But then! I was in desperate need to cut the dry ends off my hair so I took a chance and walked in here. I luckily got Marisol who was so kind and very skillfully cut some killer layers in my hair. I came back a second time just for Marisol and she again delivered. I can't vouch for other services like dye jobs or men's cuts but I am very pleased with Marisol and her cuts! Yeah don't come here if you want a specific style, they don't know how to cut hair even when showing a photo, I went in about a year ago for a specific easy cut, and i got butchered, will upload photo... I don't even know where to begin... Yesterday I called for an appointment and to my surprise they were able to get me in for the same day. I originally went in for a wash and haircut, but spontaneously decided to also get my bangs colored pink as well. Chris did an amazing job working with my hair. He was super gentle and genuinely took his time on my layers. My hair is super thick, long and kind of hard to work with. I really appreciate all of the extra time that he took in making sure every inch was perfected. When I decided to get my hair colored, Liz did not hesitate. She jumped right in and started working on my coloring. She was very gentle and did an amazing job transitioning my bangs from dark brown to pink. She also took her time with me as well. It made me feel very special. They both went above and beyond. Towards the end, they worked as a team on my hair to help get me all finished up. They were very engaging and consistently made sure that I was comfortable. Which helped calm my anxiety majorly. Liz also helped me pick out some hair care products. So I decided one day before my birthday I was going to cut and color my hair on the big day. I got on Google and seen pictures of the salon and it looked like my kind of atmosphere. I called and spoke with Liz and she got me right in for my birthday. I showed up it was totally relax great music and great conversation. I have a lot of hair so I was there for awhile but I didn't mind I was 100% comfortable. Liz was amazing she my hair came out beautiful, I did an all over color and I'm so inlove. Bern here several times for hair cut. Mikela is by far the best. She cut my hair yesterday and it's perfect!

In all honesty, this is the worst place to go to. Do not ever get your hair done here, whether it's a haircut, highlights or hair-coloring. I knew a lady who went there, the stylist that was suppose to do her hair had used strong bleach for her hair. When she was done with the bleaching/dyeing process, she washed her hair and chunks of her hair started falling out. The stylist immediately started apologizing but the funny and snake-ish thing was that she didn't give the lady her receipt. She tried sheepishly to save herself and not try to have a lawsuit on her due to her incompetence and lack of knowledge in the hairstyling industry. A free of charge on a destroyed scalp is not fair justice. I'm making a review to let everyone know to be careful with their hair because the lady who went there had beautiful hair thick hair, she ended up being completely destroyed. She had to do a lot of treatment with her hair, such as using mayo and eggs to recover her scalp. No one should ever pay the price of someone's incompetence. Be absolutely wary of this place. read more

But, I really needed a haircut, and it was 5pm on a Saturday....who takes walk ins? A quick Google search and I ended up at All Pro Cuts. Not only did I get in very quickly as a walk-in, but Miranda was terrific and I am so happy with my cut! I have naturally curly hair that is thin, fine, and extremely frizz-prone so I'm aware that cutting my hair is a challenge, but Miranda was up for it and my hair looks great. I've been here twice. First for my daughter and I to get a haircut. And another time to get my hair lightened and turned (a gorgeous) bright pink. I know my hair was a challenge since half of my thick, mid back length, hair was still dyed brown from a couple of years back on top of my 6in dark brown roots. Chris was wonderful and did a fantastic job for what he had put on his plate. and the staff was very professional and amazing. Chris worked his butt off for about 8 hours straight and did a fantastic job. I can't wait to go back and get my touch ups done. I fully recommend this place. From what I've seen in that 8 hours. Came here a while back and asked to get layers. Usually it takes a while for me to get layers cause my hair is thick but the stylist did the bare minimum and when I asked her to show me where the layers where at she argued and grabbed one piece of hair. She eventually realized that she was wrong and offered to give me more layers but she was so rude and unprofessional about it. I will not be coming back here anytime soon. read more

I just needed to get a quick buzz cut and didn't fear a mistake, but I'm not too sure how experienced all these cosmetologists are. Didn't have to wait long as a walk in, but took nearly 45 minutes to get a cut. The price is a solid $3 higher than my last visit. I asked for 2-3 inches off and ended up with a solid 5! My haircut is lopsided- one side is longer than the other. I've finally learned my lesson. I will NEVER go back to All Pro Cuts again. The heartache of a bad haircut is not worth a few dollars savings. Spend the extra $10 for a haircut that'll be worth your money. read more

Poor customer service! Not kid friendly either. When I took my sons in the shop was empty and the stylist were just sitting there. You think business walking in the door would bring a little enthusiasm? Nope! They hardly cut my sons hair at all and its uneven all over the place. Took my 5 year old daughter for a hair trim and the only thing spoken to her the whole time was "keep your head straight" when she turned to look at me. She was well behaved and sat still but that was completely rude of the stylist to not have any type of conversation with her. Very poor customer service! read more
