I tried to give this spot another chance because it the only one around this area that close by and they do a job work But once again I walk in by the way the door was locked and they one of the guy open the door immediately locked it again make no sense very weird and they keep it locked the only time. But anyway I walk in they ask if I had a appointment and say no then ask what I doing just trim and edged they say ok. Then proceed to have wait while 3 guy have just sitting around or on the phone and not help a customer was waiting for 40 minutes again and see people walk in a a immediately help while I still wait they look at him say something in Spanish and help person that just walk in this is a joke. The truth is, I had many expectations based on the haircut that my son wanted, because he had had long hair for a long time and a haircut like he wanted would be something very drastic, but the haircut turned out very nice .. that now his friends want it go there too, the place is very clean and pleasant. I wait until somebody's available and then the guy comes to me and asked me what am I doing? I told him I'm doing hair and beard, he said oh it's too much. I use to come here and give them 50-100% tip as they really have skills. What disappoints me is when they waste your time. I called for appointment for myself and my son and the guy told me just come in they only have 20min wait. Brian is great at what he does, so great my boyfriend followed him to this new location. I have came here about 3 times already every Tuesday to TRY AND GET A HAIRCUT , they advertise they open at 9 but they actually don't . It's 9:39 am and there still closed . When you make an appointment for a certain time, that means that you're agreeing to be there by that time. Had an appointment at 10 and the person that was supposed to be there wasn't. After 20 minutes of waiting, I had to leave because no one else seemed to care that the barber was still not there, or even decided to help me. I told them how upset I was about the service provided and how I wouldn't be returning, and all they said was "we will try to do better". If you're a new business, you should really be trying harder not to get a bad rep. Could've had a more sincere apology or even invited me to come again for a different experience but nothing. Mind you, this was the second time going and the first time and my haircut wasn't done as desired. You guys really need to step up your customer service skills or get better management that will be proactive with making sure employees are on time for their appointments scheduled. read more
