We made an appointment and still waited nearly an hour. No apology, no explanation, and absolutely zero respect for our time. But the worst part was the cleanliness. The facility was disgustingly dirty and did not appear hygienic at all. For a place where proper sanitation should be a priority, what we saw was extremely concerning. Between the horrible customer service, ridiculous wait time, and lack of cleanliness, I would never recommend this place to anyone. You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I had an uncomfortable experience with another employee, Alexis. She began speaking about another coworker while I was receiving my service, so I politely asked her to please stop talking because all I wanted was to relax and have a peaceful experience. She later approached me a second time while I have chemicals on my eyes and I again told her that I did not want to talk. I did not feel comfortable hearing the conversations and wanted no altercation. I simply wanted to relax and enjoy my service. I did let the owner know about my experience. I am now being asked to remove Alexis's photo from my Yelp and Google reviews. I understand that the business may want to address the situation and improve its protocols, but this experience did happen to me on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. I am sharing my honest, firsthand experience as a customer. My intention is not to attack anyone, but simply to document what happened and hopefully prevent another customer from having a similar experience.

The first time was 5/5. Cita did great on my brows and I had no issues with it…read more A year later, I went back and it was genuine 2/5. First, there was a commotion about how I wanted to wait for Cita to do my brows despite already choosing her on the ipad upon signing in. I asked for a brow cleanup just on the top, but she convinced me to let her clean the bottom of my brows for better shape. Needless to say, the cleanup performed on my right lower brow was so bad. I had a perfect clean arch before Cita had touched it, but I left the salon with a jagged arch and the hairs refuse to grow back now. She was adamantly suggesting me to use caster oil to regrow hair (which is untrue btw - it's an old wives' tale) and was not listening to what I was saying. I was beyond speechless after that. Of course I left a tip but I will not be going back because that was the treatment I was given as a returning customer. Very disappointed. Was hoping for consistency in good work due to the 5-star review streak. Maybe other customers were purposefully being treated better than me. ‍

So thankful I found this little spot in Norwalk. The parking isn't the best but you will not be disappointed with the work done here. Customer for life & will reference friends and family.
