If I can give this zero stars I would . Went in ( during business hours ) there was no one there . No customers . I'm sure they heard the door open.. sat there and there was two employees in the office . They where talking and talking and talking and talking and talking . I could have sworn the woman with the blond hair saw me because I saw her face in the office window ..I was like horrible customer service ,They don't acknowledge the customers ? I went on Sunday 6/2/19 to get my 1 year old daughter's bangs trimmed. My mom goes to get her hair colored there so I figured they would be able to do my daughter's hair. The place was pretty busy. I walked in and asked, "do I sign in if it's a haircut for the baby?" I guess it was a dumb question because the "lady" that answered said, "yes, everyone signs in". She already had a little attitude going. I should've left at that moment because I was already getting a bad vibe. We sit for a couple minutes and then they call my name. I sit at station #13 with Rosita. I told her I just wanted a trim for my daughter's bangs, and she answered me saying that it would be more cost effective to do a trim to all her hair. I answered that I only needed a trim to the bangs and that was it. She seemed a little bothered. She placed one of those capes on me only, I had my daughter on my lap. The ladies on each side of her asked her if she wasn't going to put a cape on my daughter. She said that she usually didn't put one on babies. One of them handed her a little baby cape and she puts it on her. So then Rosita starts spraying my daughter with water. She sprays her from a pretty far distance, so she was spraying her face too. My daughter can't close her right eye so I had to cover her face. The lady then grabs her from the top of her head like the claw from toy story, pretty roughly and starts to cut her bangs. She ended up leaving them pretty short, but whatever, hair will grow. When I went to pay, I was charged $6. I paid and didn't leave a tip. Rosita took my money and left. I left without saying anything but I won't be returning. I rather drive further to Downey where I normally take my daughter to where they aren't rough with her and do a good job. This place is absolutely horrible. First off, all the barbers there, especially the girls just talk to each other and sit on their a$$$ on their phones rather than cut hair. Second, the person who cut my hair had a red hat backwards and an ugly a$$ colorful zip up and he didn't understand what a low fade was, he gave me a high fade and i told him not to touch the back of my hair and still decided to touch it. Plus the fade he gave me was staggered and not even at all. I told him to cut the top of my hair a little bit and he decided to make it uneven and staggered. I don't know what went through this head when he heard my request but he repeated what i wanted as if he knew but obviously he didn't. This place sucks so bad and deserves the reviews its getting. I am convinced that none of these workers have a hair cutting license and just freestyle good god. This place needs to shut down and never cut hair again! read more

Extremely upset. Me and my brother had gotten a hair cut here and it looked okay when we were leaving. Once we got home we realized our hair looked completely uneven. It literally looks like the hair cut is half way done, I wish I was exaggerating. Avoid this place! read more

Walking in I should of known better. I asked a man who didn't answer my question if we need an appointment. He ignored me and a lady pointed to a sheet to sign in and went on with her business. Everyone seem miserable and the lady kept gossiping who was going to trim my son hair. Really!? He ended up with a Maggie or Magy the most unprofessional stylist I've ever encounter. She seem upset and my son felt uncomfortable. I told him in English since she didn't speak it if he wanted to go but he was embarrassed. What a horrible stylist and no patience. Never again would I step into this facility again. What made this experience more uncomfortable is the stylist next to her would stop attending her customer to gossip about another young stylist who was teasing her hair instead of working. I won't be surprise if it shuts down soon. My son barber was out of town . I should of waited but I've learn my lesson. The only person I notice that smiled and cared about his customer was Romero,Stay away! I paid $25 dollars for a horrible haircut. read more
