The issue I had today was that I had an appointment booked in advanced, I got there 5 min early and waited an extra 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Okay, no biggie i know work gets busy. But then after my service, I went to go pay and the lady at the front told me it's $75 FOR MY HAIR CUT ???? For split ends ???? I confirmed the price with them at least 3 times before zelleing them. I had such a difficult day today before my appointment , I was not not in the mood to argue about this and I know if I said something it was not going to come out the right way. Now thinking about it, I wish I spoke up and said something. Because almost $100 for a damn cut for my split ends is INSANE. I'm sorry, but I will NOT be coming back here.

She started ordering the hair on her tablet she said oh they only have 20inch . I thought on a website site like Bellamy that's weird but ok idk . It was $85 for taking out my ktips hair came out to $1,230 just to use my credit card was $39.45 SHE NEVER TOLD ME THAT !! I would have came back with cash !! Total $1,354.45 . I don't see the receipt till I get home on a Tex .. I'm thinking ok I'm upset about the credit card but I want to just get good hair good quality hair to last that's all I want. I'll just eat it ! So I go 5 days later or something like that for install. She said your hair is right there. It was on some kind of little table with wheels no package. I'm like ok I can trust her .. as she's installing them she keeps stopping and looking at her phone her friend's kids in some kind of competition so she keeps stopping and looking at videos on her phone while she's installing the extensions in my hair. She says my friends kid is in. I don't know some competition and I'm trying to be nice like oh that's cool. she even shows me a video. Then i'm like can you give me long layers in the front or just kind of blended in a little bit she cuts both sides, uneven like she's in a hurry to go and watch her friend's kid in this competition. She said well I'm gonna go there after. I'll post pictures not only that it's only been two weeks and the thread is coming out of the weft . I posted a picture of my receipt look how much it was to use my credit card. I would never agreed to that.

Thoa cut my hair on my first visit ($30 dry cut), and Kim did my last two ($40 wash & cut). Both are highly skilled, and I've walked out happy every single time. The salon is clean and simple, and booking by text is super easy. This time, my mom came along and decided to get a root color and cut ($95). Since we went on a Friday afternoon, Kim was able to fit my mom in right away, briefly pausing on my style to apply her color. When the shade didn't hold after the first wash, Kim kindly reapplied it, and my mom was happy with the end result. As for stylist vibes: Thoa is quieter, while Kim is bubbly and very friendly. Kim was also super responsive when I asked for a firmer scalp scrub during my wash. We both loved our visit and are looking forward to returning in December for my birthday!
