I called early in the morning, and Eric answered the phone. I explained that my son was looking for a style that would suit him, and Eric told us to come on in. We booked an appointment for later that afternoon. Eric did not rush the process at all. He took the time to listen to my son, understand what he wanted, and create a cut that perfectly fit his face shape. He even taught him how to style it so he could keep the look at home. A few days later, my son forgot how to style it, and this is where Eric truly went above and beyond. Not only did he send us a YouTube video, but he also took the time to FaceTime my son personally and walk him through the styling step-by-step. I have never come across a barber (or really anyone) as kind, patient, and dedicated to their clients as Eric. He went out of his way, even after hours, to make sure my son was happy and confident with his new style. We are beyond impressed and so grateful.
