I had asked for a simple 1.5 on top with a zero fade in the back. The fade had a harsh line, and when I asked if it could be blended more I was told "That's the most I can fade it." I didn't want to be pushy, so I actually started wondering if maybe I was the problem and just wasn't seeing it right. I got in the car trying so hard to hold back my tears. Then I remembered Executive Barbershop was just up the street. I quickly searched for their number and called hoping someone might still be available. Narbeh answered and explained they were already closed and about to start on his last client. I think he could hear the panic and disappointment in my voice because without hesitation he told me he'd stay and take my son once his client was done. When he saw the haircut, I think he was just as shocked as I was. He didn't have much to work with, but somehow he completely transformed it. I honestly can't believe these were the same haircuts. Narbeh gave my son exactly what I had originally asked for, despite having to fix someone else's mistake. To top it all off, he didn't even want to charge us. But there was absolutely no way I was walking out of there without paying him. That level of kindness, professionalism, and dedication is so rare. Thank you so much Narbeh. You truly saved the day and I don't think I'll ever forget your kindness. You turned one of the most stressful moments into such a positive experience that you absolutely earned our business.
