I didn't have a lot of expectations for Baytown, but this was quite disturbing. I looked past her lack of customer service from the initial interaction, but to see that I am in extreme pain and still continue to wax me in extremely large patches and show zero empathy or care is inhumane. I had to give up after the fourth strip and end the session because it seemed as if she was intentionally trying to hurt me. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a service that should automatically require extra care. I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through. This was unacceptable, even for Baytown and further proof why you can't use any business in the area.

She talks you through everything and gives great detail. she also tells you what to expect and knows her products in and out. She can tell you why and how she chooses each of her products and how they have responded to people's skin. Each time I get waxed it's like my first time because of how long has rally between waxes. So I was very nervous! But she's so reassuring and she does a great job without snatching off your skin lol she applies the right amount of pressure and and keeps things clean. I'm extremely happy with the service I received. Madeline was absolutely amazing. She checked in with me the night before as the day of my appointment the weather was potentially going to be bad and she wanted to make sure I was comfortable being out in weather.
