Best wax ever! Hands down! There was minimal pain and it was so fast.... most times when you go for a brazilian you have to ask for the hair on you stomach or groin to be waxed... NOT HERE!!!! Since moving here to Oahu, I have hard the hardest time finding a waxing esthetician who pays attention to detail, who's hands are gentle, who cares about the integrity of the skin and who corresponds promptly. This is my first time being waxed in Houston and I am very disappointed. I went for a Brazilian but I didn't get one. There was still a tremendous amount of hair left on my bikini area and there wasn't an opportunity given for me to see anything before I got up off of the table. I wasn't warned that there would be a remainder of hair nor was I provided any explanation as to why that much hair would be there. I have NEVER gotten up from an esthetician's bed with this amount of hair remaining nor have I ever been so uninformed, regardless of what circumstances came before the waxing. Had I been informed of the condition of my hair BEFORE leaving the establishment I would've definitely been open to discussing options to render my downward parts of the remaining hair at a later date. Now I have to go 4 weeks with hair patches on my vagina. I will not be paying VIP Wax another visit. read more

I was very disappointed. The woman didn't even introduce herself to me, didn't tell me anything about herself. I found her business on Groupon so this was my very first time going. She was very tacky, unwelcoming, and snappy when she handed me the consent form. I would never recommend any of my friends or colleagues to her. There's a level of respect we all owe each other, we can't be selective. She was very engaged with the customer before me, but when it was my turn she was very cold, and that was hurtful. After a traumatizing wax from European Wax Center, I desperately needed a new place to go!! Although Chrissy herself was a pleasure to meet and have a conversation with, I would never get waxed by her again. I got a Brazilian with her, and half of my skin was ripped off. HALF - not over exaggerating. When she finished, she completely covered my parts in talcum powder and told me to "slather" Neosporin on every night for a few days because I was "tender". She didn't even think to tell me what happened or admit that something went wrong. It wasn't until I got home and showered off the powder that I saw how bad the damage was. My skin was burning so much I could barely put on the Neosporin. I'll spare you the trauma of pictures, but I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. read more
