I've been around looking for a barber in the past 2 months and happened upon The HairDoc about a month ago. I decided to give them a try and MAN was that an experience. I've had the same variation of haircut since maybe around 2010. I had the pleasure of having Sardor as my barber and I will definitely not settle for any less moving forward. I showed him what my typical haircut was like and instead of just doing what I've been doing for 13 years, he talked to me about considering a different cut to better suit my face shape. I've NEVER had anyone suggest me a haircut based on another factor. He said it was important to him to match a haircut with a persons face to accentuate. I brought him into Joe's salon and barber hoping they could help fix it, and they definitely went above and beyond. Not only did they completely save my son's haircut, but Joe was also incredibly kind and understanding about the situation. He even tried to do it for free because he didn't want me to have to pay twice for a haircut. That level of compassion and professionalism is rare. The haircut turned out so much better, and my son left looking great and feeling confident again. The sweet lady that cut my son's hair is incredible with kiddos. And so sweet.
