We were tricked, most of their reviewers are likely paid reviewers, both in google and on their web site, reviewing local services all over the US with a few glowing sentences for each. Only a few seem to be local to our area. BEWARE. They showed up without a contract and we FOOLISHLY provided a check anyway. Marcello seemed so nice! I trusted him, though I found it odd that he asked me to write the deposit check to his personal account rather than the business. I had to have everything, from hard plumbing (the copper pipes leaked), to electrical (run through the door opening!), to lines in the ground (not the promised PVC), to emitter selection (wrong sizes...trees need bubblers not fixed-rate drip!) to safety equipment (anti-siphon wrong) completely re-done. They kept the deposit and will not answer phone calls. The owner pretends that he cannot read texts. I gave them a chance to talk/work it out and that we would not review and file complaints if we could come to amicable agreement and they will not even answer the phone. We were FOOLISH to trust them. We want to see local businesses be successful, but this is yet another high-desert junk show. Avoid.
