This place is foul! I will start by saying all they want to do is take your $$money$$ quality is not the important, respect is not important and doing good business is not important. ALL I KNOW IS THEY WILL UP SELL YOU A BIKE IN A SECOND MASTER CLASS STYLE. NO LICENSE NO PROBLEM. WITH A LICENSE OR WITH OUT LICENSE WE WANT YOU ON A BIKE THE SALESMEN TOLD ME. SO SELLING BIKES YEAH THERE GOOD AT THAT! Oh and if you take the rider class there don't worry about taking that dum E CLASS online when you get there they will let you take class any way. You can take E CLASS LATER IF YOU GET MY Drift. I'm saying this because that's what the instructor to the other 2 Harley guys siting next to me. Yeah he broke rules for them of course. Im sure it's because they said they were planing to buy Harleys as soon as they passed the class. Oh One very important thing to note tho! Don't be late to by 10 mins to class A specially if you don't look the part you know right "like a Harley guy!! " Oh and don't bother following the rules like instructor said to do. like text him if u had and issue because he's going to claim he didn't get text any way. Such a foul bunch of employees working there oh the manger will reschedule you a class for next year lol if you want too wait that long, it's a scam such a money grab from barbs it's very disheartening. Also the driving class take place in the back of the building right off the street Im sure someone ether has or will get in to a real bad accident there soon. I Guess that's why they cover there backs by making you Sign so many wavers. The instructor had it in for me from the very beginning when I told him the reason why I wanted my motor bike license was to be able to get in and out of the city fast after work. He later called me a bike owner not a bike rider. He made it his business to say that statement Several times. Here's a FYI to barbs not everyone who's retired wants to buy a Harley young people do too. I'm 40k walking out your door for mistreatment. You guys made me feel uncomfortable from the start of the class. Do you your homework people before you spend your hard earned money with this business!

The BEST DEALERSHIP in the universe!!! NO ONE WALKS AT BARB'S!

Jake at Cycle Gear helped us pick out boots, chest protectors, knee and elbow protection, gloves, helmets and goggles. We got to the store late and I had no idea that we were still shopping 25 minutes after the store was closed. Jake never rushed us, he answered all our questions and made multiple trips to the back room to check for different sizes. When it was all done I spent a lot but HUNDREDS less than I thought I was going to. Huge selection, great prices and Jake was great. If my boys stay with this hobby I will definitely be going back to buy more equipment.

What makes the experience five stars though was the guy who came to help us, Dave. Super knowledgeable and friendly, even recommended some local restaurants to us--but when he heard what I was looking for, he told me that the correct helmet for me wasn't something they sold. Gave me directions to other shops, and suggestions on what to look for there. A salesman who will tell you when their products aren't the best ones for you is a salesman I really trust--absolutely huge shoutout. I didn't buy anything here, but learned exactly what I needed to. I also did some price comparison here versus online shopping--it's definitely a bit pricier, but not outrageously more pricy. It's in the solidly competitive region, with the bonus of getting to try it on for fit immediately, and walk out with the helmet you want.

BEWARE - Avoid this dealership at all costs…read more I called Stars & Stripes Harley-Davidson three separate times about a specific motorcycle listed on their website: a 2023 Low Rider ST with 2,024 miles listed for $15,477. Because I was driving from a distance, I repeatedly asked the staff to physically confirm the bike was actually there. One employee even told me she personally went and touched the bike on the showroom floor. I called again the same day, just a few hours before leaving, and was told once again that the motorcycle was there and available. Based on those assurances, my friend and I made the drive. When we arrived, the salesperson did not take us to the motorcycle I specifically came for. Instead, he walked us around the dealership showing us other bikes while he supposedly tried to "find" the one I asked about. Eventually we were told the bike had actually sold the night before -- even though I had been told just hours earlier that it was there and someone had physically verified it. At that point it felt exactly like the classic bait-and-switch tactic: advertise an attractive used bike to get people through the door, then try to steer them toward more expensive inventory. While sitting down to discuss another bike, a 2025 Low Rider ST, the salesperson claimed a new one was around $30,000. However, the MSRP listed on Harley-Davidson's own website is around $24,500. It appeared the price was being inflated so it could later be "discounted" to make the deal look better than it really was. The most disturbing part of the entire experience was speaking with the general sales manager, Craig. He looked me in the eye and told me multiple times their dealership operates with honesty, trust, and integrity. I had just explained that my wife is pregnant and that I had to skipped her ultrasound appointment so I could make the drive to buy this motorcycle. He responded by saying he understood because he's a family man too. While we were walking out of the dealership, another customer came in asking about the exact same motorcycle. One of the salespeople told them it had sold yesterday. Hearing that happen in real time made the situation even more unbelievable. After leaving, I called the dealership again and asked about the exact same motorcycle that I now knew was not there. Once again, I was told it was there and that I should hurry in because there were multiple inquiries. Later that evening Craig called me and immediately offered another $1,000 off the other motorcycle I had looked at earlier -- before I even said anything. This experience felt dishonest from start to finish. Extremely misleading sales tactics, inconsistent stories, and a complete waste of time. Buyers should be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.

Long story short the screws to my visor came out. Walked in, greeted by Jay and another employee. Two very happy people. Nothing but good energy. Jay assisted me in buying a helmet. He asked what I was looking for. I gave him my pointers. He went about his business, soon as I made eye contact with him anytime he would answer my questions right away. He let me try on helmets no problem. If I was deciding between 2 he gave me pros and cons about each one. Then when I went back to being lost on which one to buy he wouldn't hover over me which I liked. I like having space to think when making a larger purchase. Ended up coming to a decision quick because of his help. I also bought a Cardo headset for my helmet. He uninstalled my old headset off my old helmet so I can sell it to someone else then proceeded to install the new cardo on my new helmet. Nothing but great vibes from Jay and an amazing help today. Walked out happy. He even helped me connect my phone before leaving just to make sure I was good to go. I definitely recommend getting help from Jay on helmets if your looking to buy. Just my opinion from experience. I will be returning to buy a jacket soon.

Then got more condescending and obnoxious from there. I told him the features I wanted and he said that's it like it wasn't enough information. Then when I asked where the lever was for the visor he said it's on the left. Because when you ride a motorcycle you don't want to take you hand off the throttle like I never rode one. This was after I told him I had a HJC IS max which has the lever in the middle on top. When he handed me the box with my new 600$ helmet I said I wanted to try it on before I left. He got annoyed and said it's the same helmet you just tried on. This is after a whole 7 minutes of his time. I tried 2 helmets and said I'll take that one there was no one in the store so I don't know what his hurry was. Ive heard good things about this store which is why I went but I won't go back. I can spend less money and get insulted and abused. So after riding with the helmet for a week I realize I should have gotten the medium not the large that he insisted on. He never measured or looked at it in my head. He just said how does it feel. It says helmet experts on the sign. I would definitely disagree with that.

My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam, etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. Thank you Rob for your extra effort in making my riding safe and comfortable As an extra bonus we managed to get uniquely matching helmets they look great with my red bike Service is definitely the keyword at The Service Pavilion Thank you Sam Beiler.
